What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Change the blood you get from TG/Type Green's always be O- blood.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Guaranteed way of everyone getting O- blood, in a way that wouldn't massively effect it.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
People farming TG/Type Green for blood
O- Blood becomes more common

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I feel like it should be accepted, as sometimes it feels like the only way you can get O- blood is from buying it from another user. I feel like there should always be a guaranteed way for everyone to obtain it.
