Makes the health bars for the Reality Manipulation mission slightly transparent.

No more hiding behind the markers
Clearer field of view on surface
More seamless fights

Confusion on the location/health of the beams
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Its mind-boggling how these health bars are still fully opaque after all this time. This change would hurt nearly nothing on surface and would only serve to make a more comfortable experience for the surface players.
