Denied make the site red during nuke

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
makes it so lights inside site-65 turn red during the alpha warhead sequence

Possible negatives - a lot of additional work for map devs in regards to lighting for a small change.
We already got blackouts where lamps flash red.

Conclusion:
Too much work for too little change!

This can probably be done with like 10 lines of code or less cause you shouldn't need to make new light entities. Just modify all the existing lights with the color parameter and link that with whatever nuke hooks they have. Might have to toggle them to update the color...

Or just apply a client-side visual effect that replaces all white light with red and decreases the brightness

Or just some new version of the FSL lights that have a slightly different visual effect, like a different colour, or a different flashing style or whatever. Not quite the full red type thing, but still a nice touch.
