What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion would change the Primary HCZ Elevator's wait time to maybe half or a little more than half, i think it currently sets at 8 seconds.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
E-11: It would majorly help during breaches so after the SCP's make it up the elevator we don't have to sit and wait basically 30 seconds to a minute to get up top while the SCP's could already have made their way to LCZ or halfway to D-Block

C.I.: For raids it would also be a major help for Foundation and C.I. so if you are in the elevator as either team, you don't have to wait an unreasonable amount of time while getting completely hailed with bullets.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Mingey people that try to call the elevator up and down up and down. but it will still have just enough time where its not too long or too short.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Overall it would help speed things along such as tests and breaches or raids. without having that downtime and running to secondary because primary was taking too long.

The current ride time is appropriate. The average elevator ride is 10-90 seconds, even longer if you're in New York at an average of 118 seconds.

While it's hard to measure the distance, let's guess the elevator shaft is 10 stories or 100 feet tall. At your proposal for half-time of 4 seconds, the elevator would travel 25 feet per second at around 17mph. The average residential elevator travels between 1 - 2 mph, commercial elevators are even slower.

Leave the speed alone.
