PAC Approved Maksim Executive Chef PAC

[Maksim "Enigma"]

Lore: Maksim was recruited into the foundation after being found as a chef inside of one of the many Ambrose Restaurants by Mobile Task Force Lambda-14 ("One Star Reviewers"). He was kidnapped in his childhood from his parents and has worked in the anomalous food industry since. Maksim has worked within the foundation for many years serving exquisite and safe anomalous foods to all levels of foundation personnel. He has been granted the title of Head Executive Chef and a CL2 keycard to more easily access areas within the facility.

IC Information in regards to this pac - Access to level 2 Keycard has been approved by the site director hence why it is on my PAC
