What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
Well, all things considered, I believe there is alot of things that makes me suitable for OSA, and I will list few of them below.

Firstly, Behavior.

I consider myself a friendly and understanding person. I can relate to others, listen to them, and offer help if needed. While I am sometimes unhinged, I do understand when situations need professionalism. That said, I dont lose my composure easily, and If I feel i will loose it, I do leave and calm down.

Secondly, Administrative Skills.
Over the past week, I have written two excellent and one almost excellent documents. Although they were test documents, they are showing my ability to make good documents. I also written documents in the past aswell, like the DEA handbook. I believe I am more than capable in this area.

Thirdly, Roleplay.
I have recently come to understand what it really means to create good roleplay rather than just participate in it. I now try to create engaging roleplay that enhances the experience for everyone involved. I believe this skill would make me a great OSA.

Lastly, Activity.
I am fairly active on the server. Nothing else to say to that.

What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
OSA does have few responsibilities, and so I will list them and explain them.

Firstly, Representing the Council.

As an Overseer Assistant, you represent the Council. You act as their messenger, their eyes within the site, and more. OSAs may also sign documents in the name of the Council when authorized to do so.

Secondly, Orders.
As an Assistant, you are responsible for fulfilling orders given to you by the O5 Council and sometimes, Site Administration. OSAs fulfill these orders and make reports after completing them.

Thirdly, Conduct.
As an OSA, you are expected to ensure that conduct within the site remains up to standard. This may be done by watching personnel (Especially CL4s) to ensure they act prefessionally and follow the protocol.

Lastly but not least, Roleplay.
OSAs are CL4 personnel with greater authority, meaning they are expected to create roleplay. They may start projects or just question certain actions.

Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
I wish to become an OSA for few reasons.

Primarily, I want to prove myself. Recently, I was denied from SA because there was no noticeable roleplay created by me which would involve the whole site. Because of that, I am applying for OSA. I want to demonstrate that I am capable of creating good roleplay that involves the entire site.

Another reason is the fact that I WANT TO create roleplay itself. I enjoy roleplaying, and I believe that as an OSA, I would gain the opportunity to create good RP for everyone.

Lastly, I have always been liked the ominous feeling of the Council, which is why I chose OSA over ECA.

Please give some lore about your Overseer Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in
