What does this suggestion change/add/remove: This suggestion makes it so that you need to take an IQ test and get a score of 90 if you want to make, vote, or comment on suggestions. I am also suggesting that people who interact with suggestions be able to understand hypotheticals.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2): Higher quality discussions in suggestions, and less spam/slop
Possible Negatives of the suggestion: Some people might be upset they can no longer interact with suggestions.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted: Some people do not have the coherent ability to participate in discussions, and form valid thoughts.
