What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
- I have been a CL4 for a long time and have gotten a lot of experience doing tests, writing documents, and more. Along with me helping tons of people whenever they need it as well as me being super active on my jobs. I help people and love doing it and making the research department grow into the best it can be and I believe I can do the same as an ECA. All my tests are meaningful and very ethical and follow all safety procedures to make sure no one gets hurt in the test. I view researchers' tests to ensure they are safe and ethical and answer any questions people might have about whether their test is ethical or if the proper security measures are met. I also am extremally dedicated to all the jobs I have and will stop at nothing to finish what needs to be done.
What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:
- The responsibilities of an ECA are to view operations around the site and make sure that they are ethical and safe as well as being conducted safely, sign any document that needs to be signed, and assist ethics members in anything they need assistance in. You are to answer questions about ethics or how the person can improve their safety and others from people who ask as well as assist in any matters you are needed in outside of your departments if needed, such as DEA, E-11, Nu-7, IA, etc. You are to deal with something if it is unethical or report it to internal affairs. You have other responsibilities, if you are the highest person on the server and MTF requests AA, you respond to that request or if something is happening such as a code-5, you should announce for all noncombatives to get to PW/Breach bunker.

Marin: I've just been very stressed out, I've been very busy working on documents and helping site personnel like usual, non stop.

Zack: Alright well let me know If you need anything, also it seems like the ethics commitee are in need of some new assistants maybe you'll get the position, who knows? after all you deserve it.

* He starts to read over his past pages, Diary: It's another long day working on the site, helping personnel, writing documents, the normal, sometimes I wish something could change, I like my job but it's the same thing over and over and I feel like I'm not getting anywhere. I miss my kids and wife, I remember them but I forgot what happened to them, all the friends I've lost, for what cost? I do feel like I serve an important purpose as well because the things I can do will improve the Site and have it progress but my emotions can weigh me down. I've started my life somewhere I cannot remember but I do remember the school I used to go to and all the friends I made and the people that said I will never succeed, perhaps this is my chance to prove those people wrong and to really make something out of my self. I've always been a sociable type for my whole life and perhaps that's how I've gotten this far, by showing my talents and my dedication to what I do. *
