Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?

- I am applying for the executive researcher because I believe I can efficiently do tests as well as make them meaningful. I know that I can improve roleplay for others, whether it be other researchers or different departments and I love making fun roleplay for people. I have Changed to want to do research again and I would love to be an executive researcher once more. I now again have a passion for research and I know becoming an executive researcher again that I can help make more roleplay for others to enjoy like I did when I was executive before as well as help the researcher department strive once again I have applied for executive before and got accepted I want to see the research department shine again and have researchers be excited about their next test and not doing samples over and over, and I believe I can still show researchers how to make the most out of their research career once again and help the research department so much like I did before.

What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:

-I know that I can help many other researchers whether it being Jr's-Sr's or even executives and I have helped many people in the past and have walked them through the basics as well as I am super dedicated to things and try my hardest and I would be really dedicated to a job such as executive researcher. I have applied before for executive as I said but I have gotten much more mature and much more experienced on how to roleplay better as well as me being in other important jobs that would not accept unprofessionalism which proves I have came a long way since my last application. I also love doing tests and helping people as that is one of the main reasons why I love being a researcher so much, so I can improve the department! I have much experience as a Sr researcher and have learned so much and with all that I've learned and improved on, I believe I would be a good fit for executive researcher.

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?

- I have written 10 excellent-graded documents. What makes a document excellent is if it can be understood relatively easily and has all the necessary components such as the index, SCP info, goal of the study, hypothesis, participants, and conclusion. The document should be creative but still proper, you should have fun making documents and should spend a good amount of time making your document to make sure it is as high quality as you can make it, as that is what other researchers could look at and be inspired from! adding extra pages to make it more detailed and fun to read is very important as well as putting pictures with your writing to bring your document to life. Overall the more time you put into your documents the better quality they are going to be. The more your document is related to your test and the people in it as well as it involving people will make it much more interesting to read as I've learned on my assistant job.

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:

- The responsibility of an Executive researcher is to make sure researchers are doing ethical, meaningful, and quality tests with their personnel, as well as making sure to sign any documents that might need to be signed by an Executive researcher such as Safe/Safe cross tests and to look over researchers documents. You are to grade researcher's documents and be a good leader for other researchers to follow, along with being approachable and helping anyone who needs help with their test ideas/documents and viewing tests to see if they are doing ethical and meaningful tests. Your job is to be a role model to researchers and help the research department become the best! As from an Assistant standpoint now I believe it is so important for executives to be available and to walk around and try to find people to help because some people don't ask even though they need too!

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:

PROMOTION NOTICE: Hey Marin the improvement in your research lately has been shown and we've seen it and we've also noticed your increase in work and documents and leaderships skills over the past few months and we have come to a conclusion, we are promoting you to Executive Researcher as we know you can help us improve the research department as you've already shown that to us.

Congratulations on your new position!

Marin: Oh my gosh I can't believe It! After years of hard work, I finally got the position. *he sees an old book on his desk that wasn't there before*

Marin: *starts to read through the book*

Ah yes, Marin, one of our hardest working researchers at this facility, he has been with the department since day 1 and helps any researchers in need as well as creates phenomenal documents. He is one of the most respected researchers in the department, known for his dedication and work ethic, he pursues his passion to research every day and is one of the most productive researchers we have on site. Marin has done many dangerous tests and witnessed many deaths of his close friends, he is always working towards one goal and that is to find out as much as he can about SCPs to protect the future until he passes away. He has been watched by overseers when conducting his dangerous cross-tests and the pressure does not affect his tests whatsoever and he gets his information efficiently and safely. However, one thing he always kept to himself was his past and what made him what he is today, he always refused to talk about his past no matter what, so we just left him alone about it but it still makes me curious what happened to him. Sometimes I think he doesn't even remember his past.

Marin: Well I am glad to see that this is what they think of me, I'm sorry you never got to know my past, but it was not worth telling.

Marin has been into anomalies and studying the unknown ever since he was a little kid and has always wanted to do something great in his life, to change the world. He had a very supportive mother and dad who believed he could change the world and they tried to help him the best they could. One day he got a message from an unknown source that said "Hello Marin we have noticed your interest in identifying and studying various anomalies as you've been gaining quite the popularity over the past few years. We would like to give you a life-changing opportunity that could change the world and a chance to pursue your goals like never before, if you are interested in this opportunity please call ███-8█7-9█1, remember, life-changing. Marin took this opportunity and called them back where he was transferred to an unknown facility where he later learned he had just joined the SCP Foundation. Marin had climbed the ranks making detailed documents and was intrigued by the anomalies that they had captured and spent every day researching these anomalies where then he started to get noticed by the department and where his career could change the future of the facility or perhaps the Foundation itself...
