What makes you suitable for SCP-096?: I belive I am suitable for 096 because, I am E-11 And have seen multiple times how 096 acts and what he does when he breaches, Most importantly How he is supposed to act during them.

What is the usual behaviour of SCP-096 when pacified?: Sit in a corner or where your last target was killed until 60 seconds which is when 096 is able to walk or roam around.

When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?: 096 Is allowed anywhere he has targets, if his target is in D block he can enter D block. He cannot go anywhere "Because He wants to"
