Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why (type /warnings in-game):
I have two Warns, one for RDM (I had only just joined the server and had no understanding of the killing rules on D-Class) and one for FailRP ( I was on 7722 had my escort killed by CI and then massacred all of CI, and was then warned once I went passive again)
How many hours can you be on everyday: 2-5hrs
Do you have any previous experience as a Gamemaster/Event Manager in a community:
No this will be my first attempt at anything of the sort as this is my first Gmod server.
Do you have any advanced skills that would benefit the GM team, such as PAC-3, dupes building, art creation and others? If yes, give us your best example of putting that skill into practice:
I like to think I'm quite an alright voice actor, for examples I would like to note my voice as Marrio Tazuul is not my real one and neither is my voice as Ricky Mclaggen.

Please list one RP Enhancement for a Foundation Department/MTF:
The Shadows On The Wall:
A movement out of the corner of your eye, a presence you always feel watching you, a darkness that strikes when least expected, a malevolent entity stalks the halls of Site-65, molding itself into the shadows of those who walk the halls, maybe a shred of influence slips through as it jumps host to host, but who can really tell, who can even really notice, would you? If your shadow walked away?
A Shadow stalks into Site-65, it keeps jumping from person to person with the intent of influencing the foundation into finding a way to get it back home.
OOC/GM Wise: This will be accomplished by having a shadow PAC3 having it jump from following one person to another giving them small messages/manipulations throughout to try and find the creature a way to return home, during this the site may try to contain or oblige the entity, either way pacifying it in the end.
Please list one RP Enhancement for a Non-Foundation Group:
The Creature From The Snow:
An unknown anomaly has been spotted in pinewood, reports of a large individual covered in snow white fur has been spotted in multiple places, but the locals all call it the same thing, Yeti.
This creature has been causing constant chaos, flipping over vehicles and uprooting trees to block roads, it seems determined to make the pinewood forest its new home.
Will the multiple groups in Pinewood hear the distress of its citizens, will the United Nations or the Pinewood Defense Force answer their distressed people, or ignore their cries of help.
OOC/GM Wise: This will be an event that features a Yeti PAC3, appearing over surface, near roads and the respective bases of CI and GOC, during which it will interact with civilians and causing chaos by knocking trees over (placing fallen tree props) and flipping over cars (Placing flipped over cars ), possibly requiring Amnestication by GOC (up to their discretion)
Please list one Event idea for the United Nations Global Occult Coalition:
Granny’s Rocker:
The Global Occult Coalition will be tasked with retrieving and terminating an unknown entity, but upon retrieval of the entity they find it to be a simple wooden rocking chair.
The orders are clear, Retrieve then Liquidate the asset, but the legends, the rumors of what happened last time, will the Global Occult Coalition be able to do it, or will they make a deal with Foundation in hope of saving their lives.
The real question, is this an anomaly, or is it a test from high command to test the FOB's willingness to comply, will the Global Occult Coalition inside of Pinewood fail the test, or will their loyalty shine through?
OOC/GM Wise: This event would be a smaller one where GOC is sent to retrieve a package from a dead drop point with orders from the general to retrieve and liquidate the asset, upon retrieval they will discover it is a rocking chair with "anomalous properties” this is a rouse from the General, it is a not anomalous in any way and is in fact a test to see if the FOB will follow orders from high command, depending on the outcome of the event it could lead to a stern speech about the greater good or a commendation for following orders.
Please list one Event idea for the Chaos Insurgency:
Magic in a Bottle:
The Chaos Insurgency has recovered a mysterious lamp from a raid in the Yukon, this item was sent to the nearest Chaos Insurgency outpost, is Saskatchewan Canada, upon arrival The Chaos Insurgency will have no idea what the item can do.
Upon further investigation they can find that anytime the lamp is rubbed it summons an ethereal entity and will grant the wish of whoever rubs it, but there's a small twist, a genie's wish will always end in disaster, will the Insurgency figure out the lamps quirks and turn it loose on the Foundation, or will their own greed be their demise.
OOC/GM Wise: During the event anyone who rubs the lamp will be granted one wish with unknown consequences, like wishing to be rich transforming you into an MC&D or wishing to have a gun making a huge gun crushing the wisher. This can be done Via PAC3 for the Genie and the Lamp and using a box model as "storage" for it during transport.
Please list one Event idea for the SCP Foundation:
GSD/ISD The Site-65 Slasher:
During this event there will be a person on site murdering others via brutal means, (the prep work has already been done by myself an Ex-Dpt. Director, Ehrendil as we have found random dead bodies and have started to form theories) after the means of such killings are acquired via investigation, it becomes more of a manhunt for the suspect, once the suspect has been apprehended after a lengthy search we begin part-2 a tribunal hearing to sentence the Site-65 Slasher, where evidence must be presented and depending on the outcome would lead to part-3 if sentenced he would serve out his time/be publicly executed in a grandiose style or if not convicted would be released to commit more atrocities and be caught again in a future event.
During this event there will be multiple points to misidentify the Site-65 Slasher, with multiple decoys placed, my goal would be for GSD and ISD to eventually identify the correct slasher after identifying the murder weapon and getting a modus operandi for why the killer would be taking such actions.
If not apprehended correctly it could lead to the Site-65 Slasher being released and causing atrocities in the future for new foundation personnel to clean up.
OOC/GM Wise: This could be done via teleporting around them map, and hiding around areas while people look for you, if they are not picking up on clues left with /me /it then a situation could arise where the person playing the slasher holds someone hostage or tries to plan a killing on a high ranking member of the foundation.

Please list a Major Event or Map Change idea (Involving all sides and the entire server):
The Boreal Forest:
A squad of NU-7 are sent as reinforcements by site command after their comrades had a rather rough engagement with an unknown SCP, during this firefight many died and only one member was left alive transmitting a signal from his equipment for help, but in their urgency declined to make the distress signal a private signal, The Chaos insurgency as well as the Global Occult Coalition, hearing this signal, dispatch squads of their own to find out exactly what is happening in this part of Canada.
After sending out a squad of soldiers each (as many people as want to participate from each faction) they will come across each other and the unknown SCP.
Upon entering each faction will notice the subtle aurora borealis in the sky, and an unnatural darkness through the forest, throughout the forest will be multiple signs of native species but noticeable differences from the norm, after a small time searching they will come to find the entity itself.
OOC/GM Wise: This event will be in a forest where there is a constant aurora borealis, the unknown SCP itself will be a shapeshifting canine Creature, with very little interaction with the human race, so it will be fairly uneasy with so many people in its home, this will require a GM with a PAC3 of the creature, as well as a map change for the forest, there would be 3 paths leading into a clearing, one for foundation, one for CI and one for GOC, this would have to be done by placing trees to block off certain areas, depending on who retrieves the SCP their respective RSD/R&D departments would get to study the SCP and its shapeshifting effects possibly leading to future storylines involving the SCP or any tech developed from their biology.
Link to map that would be used: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2629411384&searchtext=forest (the aurora borealis would be done Via PAC3)

What elements can make an event unenjoyable? Include one example, avoiding the typical answers if possible:
The biggest element of an event that makes it unenjoyable is the level of interaction vs the level of detail, what I mean by that is that events that target a large player base with huge visual detail also tend to lead to a smaller degree of interaction, vs events that target a smaller player base and less detail on visuals, studying and actually looking into the participants character and backstory lead to a higher level of interaction and enjoyment.
The greatest example of this I can think of would be the RIASA storyline, as while it did not target a huge amount of players at a time, (from what I remember it was usually private interviews) but it had some of the most enjoyable roleplay because the GM’s involved looked into the backstory of the players they interacted with and used elements of that during the interviews.
And finally, what do you wish to achieve by becoming a Gamemaster?
I Wish to help foster a great RP environment for everyone on the server, from CL1 to CL5 and have them feel like someone genuinely attempted to look into their characters backstory before making an event involving them, by becoming GM I hope to ensure people have an enjoyable experience from start to finish and want to continue being a part of this great community, furthermore I believe all it takes is one good day with some amazing roleplay to get someone hooked (its what happened to me) I can only hope to live up to some of the events and RP I have participated in, but for now I will let them serve as a goalpost and keep improving as I go.
I also hope to show a bit of my own skill when it comes to RP, both at improving others RP and creating my own even further than I already do.
