Hey there steven thank you for your feedback.
In steam, if you're below a certain age group within a game you're allowed to play with a guardian watching you as you play. I have had my parents let me play this game so It is fine

I do want to note. You will not be able to join the discord server to get your ranks as it will break the ToS. This will be a major setback for you as an ECA. Very sad

Is your steam account your own or your parents? As if its your own then you are breaking the ToS.
I find this to be completely irrelevant as joining the discord is not a requirement to apply
+Support though, Mase has shown commitment to the server for a longer period of time even through all the hardships that come with his low age
its not, but it is highly suggested given your main form of communication will be through discord
not to mention that you'll need access to relevant information which, again, is stored in discord

Where is this listed? It's not in the requirements to apply
Although most of the things come from the discord, it can be arranged that orders/etc are given to mase ingame instead of on the discord, creating roleplay by himself doesnt need discord
