What makes you the best candidate for your chosen regiment?:
-I have previously been a member of 17th as a CPT and i have had many different roles as a CO in other Regiments
List your strengths and weaknesses:
Strengths
-builds great confidence and a greater reputation in the regiment
-will focus on what issues are on hand
-can help trainees become great leaders
Weaknesses
-can be strict at times
Please list out your accomplishments on MRP, both in your chosen regiment (if applicable) and outside of it:
-the greatest accomplishments i have done is making people i have be in previous regiments become the greatest leaders and soldiers that they can ever be i have been on the USSR side and NATO side
What are the responsibilities of the position you are applying for?:
- i want the responsibilities of making the regiment stronger and greater than when it was a couple of years ago
What are the main problems you see with the regiment you are entering into?:
- the main problem i do see with all honesty is activity/Numbers of people in the reg
Continuing from the above question, what is your plan to address these problems?:
-the plan i have is too show people what we do and what they can achieve with showing people in wars the true strength we can have as a reg
