Why are you applying for Site Advisor?

I’m applying for Site Advisor because I really just want to help out more around Civil Networks and be a bigger part of the community. I’ve been on the server long enough to get how things normally go and what people expect, and I feel like I can actually help make things run smoother instead of just watching from the side. I’m usually pretty calm and fair when stuff gets chaotic, and I try my best to stay organized even when situations get stressful, so I think I’d do alright in the role. I mainly just want to use what I know and actually put my communication skills to work. At the end of the day, I genuinely care about the server and I want to help it stay fun and consistent for everyone who plays.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I would say i am suitable for SA because. I am pretty responsible patient. I know how to handle things without making the situation worse. Usually I will stay calm even when people are arguing or things get kinda messy and I try to actually listen first so I know what’s going on before jumping in. I’ve been on the server for a while now, so I understand the rules and how the community usually acts. I’m not perfect, but I’m organized enough and I communicate well so dealing with reports or helping players out is something I can absolutely handle. Overall, I just feel like I can bring some fairness and a great attitude to the SA team.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:

Being an RP leaderOverseeing a DepartmentEnforcing site guidelinesAuthorizing AABeing an RP leaderWriting DocumentsDealing with GOI'sVoting on ApplicationsAuthorize passive breach
Site Advisors are supposed to be RP leaders. Which means, if it is an event, or a researcher that wants to do an rp test etc. SA are supposed to go along with it, and expand the RP making it enjoyable.Site Administration personnel are required to oversee a department, weather is MTF, or medical, they are assigned a department to watch over. Site Advisor are Snr CL4, they are expected to enforce the Site Guidelines. COC, COE, Legal Codex. Making sure the foundation is in good heal, by doing this.If and when a breach gets bad enough, or it has gone for too long. Site Admin can authorize the use of the Advanced Armory to certain people. Like NCO+ DEA Managers etc.Site Advisors are supposed to be RP leaders. Which means, if it is an event, or a researcher that wants to do an rp test etc. SA are supposed to go along with it, and expand the RP making it enjoyable.Sometimes Site Advisors have to write different kinds of documents. Department reviews, interviews, incident reports, GOI reports. So they have to have the knowledge of how to write a decent document.SA sometimes deal with GOI's. Organizing meetings, or authorizing them inside of the foundation. Most likely its GOC, but SA can also negotiate with CI, also GOC at times.Site Administration as a whole vote/appoint people. They vote on certain applications such as. CoM, DoR, CoS, IA/DEA Directors. They also appoint the MTF Nu-7 and MTF Epsilon-11 Commanders.Site Advisors recently are able to authorize passive breaches, so when there is nothing going on in the foundation Site Advisors+ can authorize certain SCP's to be passive breached.
