Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
Three warnings overall from my current time on the server two of them being FailRP, and metagaming. The first fail RP was from me running towards a D-CLASS then getting into a gunfight with him when he tried to kill me (that was during October 20th of last year), and my most recent warning which was a fail RP incident where I did not move while being placed under fear RP (February 17th of this year).

What Ethics Committee role are you applying for, and why:
I'm applying for Ethics Committee member; and for why I'm applying for the position... It's because it just feels like the next reasonable step... While that may sound reductive, I've been holding a junior CL4 position for around four months, and a senior position for around two months. I've been enamored with the idea of assisting in creating an environment where people can thrive with RP; as such I feel that if I do get Ethics Committee member I'll be further empowered to create more interesting RP for the people on the server as I'd be allowed much more creative liberties that a normal senior position wouldn't be able to allow for. As we all know
more projects and more interaction from higher ups are a lot more interesting. I'd like to try to bring the same energy that I had rising up the ranks in research to more people on the server; that being having higher ups bring people along for things and involving them in the roleplay instead of focusing on just doing isolated RP for the sake to doing so. I really do want to involve people around the site with whatever might be doing whether that be running simple meetings to dragging people in some month-long project involving either tests or some type of objective to obtain.

What makes you the best candidate for the Ethics Committee?:
The reason I'd be the best candidate for ethics is my time within O-1 has allowed me to understand at least a little bit on how Ethics runs day-to-day by observing them up close; and my time as Director of Research and executive has allowed me to grow as a RP leader. Both being in a combative CL4 and non-combative CL4 position has allowed me to somewhat garner a good idea of how to no be completely bias towards one end of a spectrum of the gameplay loop. As we all know trying to only support on aspect of RP and not the other will end up with a very lopsided and unfun experience for everyone at some point, as such If I get the position I'll be doing everything in my power to try to give my energy to everyone I can. Another good bit of reasons for why I'm the best candidate is my passion for what I set myself at. If I wish to achieve something or improve something I'll put my soul into it, and you will notice that if you interact with me while I'm very easy to talk to, I have passion and that passion hopefully you can get from reading this application.

What are the responsibilities of the Ethics Committee in RP?:
The responsibilities of the Ethics Committee in RP... first and foremost both maintaining the Code of ethics and being outstanding examples by following the rules that we set out for everyone else in the site. Giving orders out to both Ethics assistants and Omega-1. Another really obvious example of a responsibility is RP creation which could include most of the site and departments as a whole this would include making projects/ orders for departments and or regiments as a whole. If need be, calling for ERT/ if everything else fails nuking the site if it seems like the site is too far gone...

Assisting in the voting of Directors of ISD,
Choosing new Ethics assistants,
in the worst cases assisting in appeals for blacklists/ demotions when deemed needed,
(while this could be in RP) ensuring that you are in contact with the rest of the site in and off the server to allow for meaningful updates to policy in case they can't get in contact with you IC.

Max Knights: Because... No... I want to figure out what makes these SCPs function like they do... have you ever wondered why let's say... SCP-096 how it became what it is? Again, also as I said before ████████ I didn't really choose this life the foundation kind of nabbed me...
Executive ████████: Ah yes, I do remember that now to the main topic... I do agree that finding out how certain SCP came about might be important but first and foremost were researchers. We need results and not theories on how an SCP came about we need definitive proof and reason why this would provide value to us...
Max Knights: That's just to ridged and you know it ████████. Don't you see the value in trying to explore all available avenues in terms of research? I mean that's what most of our crosstesting is. Throwing stuff at the wall with loose justifications to see if one thing can affect another thing positively...
