-Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
Why I'm applying for Executive Researcher is because I genuinely enjoy teaching people I do it on a regular basis when it comes to RSD and it feels like the next logical jump. While I can do this without being an Executive I feel like pushing myself to improve event further will help me grow and will further enable other the I wish to assist in learning to feel more motivated; because if I do land the position of Executive Researcher, it'll help me do more complex research studies, give me more access to more restricted SCPs, and also I'll be given directives which would also further motivate me to grow and or do interesting things here within RSD.

-What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
While I might not have any current experience with being an Executive Researcher I feel like really do foster a good environment around me and attempt to improve and grow with my peers. That being if one of my peers, and or juniors has any questions I'm always more than willing to talk to them discuss the topic and give them advice/advise them to seek other also if it's about a topic I might not be too knowledgeable about. When it comes to documentation while I might not have a bunch of graded documents under my belt I definitely would say I have a lot of writing experience and when anyone asks for help and or wants me to review or just check out their document, I'm more than happy to discuss it ad nauseam as I find it really enjoyable to talk with peers and really give them that push they might need to make something really excellent.

-How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
How many excellent-graded documents have I written? I've written a total of two excellent graded documents. While what makes a document excellent is a great question and pretty simple to answer it all comes down to three major things. The first major thing in what makes a document excellent is in my opinion a really good idea or at least something that can be expanded on to make it more interesting than a simple and well over done test. Something can be maybe improved with LARP or with GM intervention will normally be at least a tier over the rest when it comes to an actioned test while some tests can be very interesting without too much intervention if you have enough detail to cover all bases.
Next in what makes an excellent document is decent formatting as a research document must at least lightly follow the scientific method that being a goal, hypothesis, methodology, and finally results. A well formatted document can really make and or break the document It not the most important aspect, but it is important as it really effects the legibility of the document as it loosely ties the document down; and most documents should definitely have a cover page as its highly recommended in addition to an index to make it easier to navigate.
Last of all if proper grammar as a document full of misspellings and incorrect usage of wording. This can ultimately ruin a very excellent document as such researcher are urged by most pears and higher ups to review their documents before submitting them for approval or for grading as this could be the reason why you go from an excellent to a good document.

-What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
The responsibilities of the Executive Researcher they are the leaders and mentors of RSD. They're meant to help foster and grow the skills of their colleagues with collaboration and guidance. This involves making sure they fallow the CoE, CoC, and our own RSD policies. As it's important to course correct people and help steer them towards great things instead of letting them run amok and if needed to issue punishments and or discipline said offenders. Though that being said activity and being a prime example will normally assist in helping guide people in the right example since they'll have someone that they can actively look towards for inspiration and for guidance.
Executives also have another grouping of responsibilities that being more in the administrative side being that they'll be also actively assisting/overseeing in studies, tests, and or projects. While also reviewing and deciding whether an experiment is actionable in its current state or if it needs improvement or a complete fundamental rework if done poorly enough. Another responsibility that Executives will need to do is being connections and maintaining communications with other departments to assist in creating and maintaining a professional environment.

-Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Senior Researcher Knights is a researcher who is has had his eyes on trying to reach for something larger them himself. From his first day being hired onto the Research department he's seen such amazing people grow around him. After somewhat short amount of deliberation, he started his first steps into becoming someone who could be seen as a prime example of what a great senior. That first step would involve him writing something that he would be proud to call his own. Pondering and consistently talking to his higher ups he came Apon the test for him to take up as his first cross test. SCP-087 and SCP-457 a study on how the SCP is impacted by 087s light nullification effects and if fear educing stimuli can be inflicted Apon SCP-457. While the test was fairly simple this was Max's very first semi large scale test within RSD so with the assistance Executive Researcher Gordon it helping steer the actioning into something doable. Once the test was finalized with many a rewriting and editing of the document it finally came time to finally came time to bringing the test to life. This is when Max Knight's finally started to begin to talk to the E-11 regiment more personally getting to know at the time. Once meeting LT. Rocky from E-11 this is when the test started its first steps with transporting a controlled and weakened SCP-457 to HCZ with another E-11 in tow also. Once SCP-457 was at outer SCP-087 we quickly equipped the E-11 escort that was going down with the SCP and debriefed the SCP and E-11 of the parameters of the test and when to go back up. When watching with bated breath on the head cam we witnessed the SCP dimming slightly and watched as the SCP was completely unfazed by the -1 instance and the E-11 ran in pure terror. Once the E-11 and SCP-457 had safely escaped the SCP-087 I had questions...
