Denied mayor job update

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
mayor being able to job ban rangers and whitelisting mayor so then job ban system wouldn't be able to be abused with a whitelist it could possibly make mayor more rp sided then just some random person going on mayor not knowing what to do so they just storm foundation or goc or the mayor just not listening to goc I also know with this people will say admins will deal with this but job banning will just add more rp like a ranger just starts trying to side with parawatch job ban

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
ive been reading a couple suggestions not saw a mayor one yet

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
stopping minges on ranger/mayor
goc will have more possible rp with the mayor since they will know what to actually do


Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
rangers complaining because they can't minge or side with parawatch

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:

This would cause 2 issues
1. Making a VIP job whitelisted(I’m probably the only person who bought vip originally because mayor though ) and what this will do is make a role that’s already inactive more inactive.

2. I also think giving the mayor ability to job ban people would not be smart whatsoever. Even if it is whitelisted with an application, minges can easily sneak through the cracks and issue many false job bans. 096 and 22415 are whitelisted yet occasionally people misuse those roles.

That’s why player reports exist and your the first person I’ve heard to say they bought vip for mayor

To make a job more alive and encourage more RP you don’t whitelist it. Has the opposite effect. Whitelisting the role to allow job bans for the seldom case it’s required (I’ve genuinely never seen a single minge on either mayor or ranger) seems counter productive as opposed to actually adding more surface content.
