To the best of your knowledge, why were you blacklisted?:
I was banned at discretion of Network Leadership after I had caused problems within the community, the one that comes to my mind is a forum post in which I deliberately insult certain members of the community along shitpost.

I have never changed my IP or even attempted to, only once I attempted to create a discord alt account to join the Discord in an attempt of privately appealing the Amnesty to Yeke and Ventz.

What will you do to stop this from happening again:
I will be rather straight forward, two years ago I joined Civil Networks, yes I had my fun and I was not very experienced with roleplay, that didn't stop me from making friends, making memories and engage with an enjoyable community.
The question might be, "why appeal just now?" along how Civil Networks appeared once again on my server agenda; You see, after my ban I joined a serious Half Life 2 Roleplay community which name I will disclose if asked by the appropriate Staff Members as proof, this is a text based server which I have spent a long time on, becoming an excellent roleplayer and not only, I am currently also an Administrator and Ban Manager within it, this helped me develop story-telling skills as I was involved in the lore of the Server along Community engagement.
As for now we have closed the server for a Community "break" to avoid burnout and switch to a new map, Civil Networks came up to my mind once again, so being curious I opened my Garry's Mod and went onto my server history and clicked on Civil Networks (Yesterday), surprisingly I was not banned or blacklisted as intended so I took a look around the Community to get a feel and leave once again; However playing it allowed some memories to return, making me want to actually engage in roleplay between Factions, I know that it is controversial to do what I did, but I pray you check the logs and confirm that my roleplay was exceeding standards, not once breaking the rules or immersion. After this episode I asked Yeke once again to discuss my blacklist, luckly I was given the chance to post this amnesty which I wish to be considered.

Yes I have.
Why should you be unblacklisted:
I think that my behavior last year had absolutely no excuse, I am aware of that, however I wish you to see that I am now a better person, a better administrative member and roleplayer, I hope that you will give me the chance to bring quality roleplay within the Civil Networks Community.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?:
Words and text cannot ensure you of anything or magically make me gain your trust, however what I am hoping is for a singular chance within your community to play sporadically and engage with other players to have a fun time and roleplay.
