What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
[This suggestion is made for expanding MC&D Content - for a donation Job it's nice to make $250 every pay. But there really isn't a whole lot we can do without the help of other factions such as C.I, UNGOC, & Foundation. Since we are not allowed to kill or kidnap anyone, any attempts we make to enter any base are fruitless. We solely are left to rely on the will of other players & activity of Departments to do anything interesting. Which at the moment departments such as SOP I.E DEA are very inactive most the time. So even if we wanted to interact with people and sell our wares, we can't even do that most of the time. There was a [SET] program in place but due to DEA inactivity, a lot of the [SET] individuals have also been inactive. I have a few suggestions to spice up MC&D gameplay that could make things a bit more interesting. First would be giving MC&D our own temporary CC / chem room for captured anomalies, a basement within the current Lakehouse and if that wouldn't work, potentially a door that leads in and out of an unused section of the map which could be converted into one. My second portion of this addresses the lack of stuff for MC&D to do - in lore MC&D are a group of trillionaires who if they willed it could wipe out life on earth, topple a country, or even mess with other GOI's. I know that not everything in the server is specifically lore accurate, but it would be nice if we had more to do for example... MC&D in lore have used sophisticated androids to impersonate foundation personnel in order to carry out their schemes. I don't see why MC&D might not be able to steal a disguise and impersonate foundation personnel in attempts to access certain anomalies or areas of the facility they might not otherwise have access to. This could spice up LCZ and other areas by encouraging Departments to go on patrols and go the extra mile to sniff out potential violations in protocol. Of course there is the issue with exposure to D-Block and I do feel that the rule in place preventing MC&D from selling in there is justified. One final thing I might add is a lack of equipment that a group of rich people might have access to I.E - hacking devices, surveillance drones for surface, and potentially some vehicles.]

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
[I am not sure if anything of this sort has been suggested before, I think mine is pretty fair and balanced gameplay wise. It might add another GOI group for Foundation to worry about - but it doesn't exclude C.I and UNGOC from having the potential from being messed with either.]

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
[More stuff for MC&D to do besides just being an over glorified Heavy Weapons Dealer. As well as fulfilling some purpose besides the bland normalcy of Civilian gameplay. I.E grind surface all day and wait 5 hours for surface que to pop.]

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
[It could frustrate some players to an extent, adding basically 3 Deep Covers but non-combative could lead to more issues for GOI's. And it might disrupt some activities around GOI bases.]

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
[I believe this could be a healthy way to give people who contribute to the server more bang for their buck. As well as fulfill a void in MC&D gameplay I'm sure a lot of people who try it out feel.]
 
As much as I understand your want for MC&D to receive content, its really just.. Not feasible other than the lakehouse expansion you mentioned. MC&D themselves would never really DO anything in lore, they just want to make a profit and wouldn't risk their lives, just hire some goons. In this case, CI. There'd be VERY little reason for MC&D to disguise as Foundation themself when they can have another GOI get their hands dirty for them. Its a shame, but its how it is. MC&D is a role that can only be played if you're creative enough with the roleplay to find workarounds for stuff. You're a very high class and confidential business operator, so try to think like it when playing. That's about all I can say

...I mean the MC&D jobs we have on the server are basically the goons, the grunt level. There are SCPs where the lowest-rung MC&D agents do risky stuff and get hurt as a result. I'm reminded of that one hotel SCP that sucks your soul whose number I forget, but I recall in that one an MC&D guy dying to it when they tried to acquire it for MC&D.

They're only grunts because people treat them like that. You're not actually forced to be.. Yk.. A grunt? Everyone in MC&D is of value, theres very few people who make it up as a whole. Some people play it as grunts, which is strange considering they're typically ballers and not street thugs, but you're not a "grunt" by server standards unless you choose to be.
