I have received a few warnings over a large span of time (RDM [A], FearRP), and quite a long time ago I had received a ban for toxicity (The only active warning is a FailRP warning that was a miss understanding of the rules which will not happen again)
Why are you applying for Intelligence Ambassador?
To be fair, Intelligence was one of the first roles I started playing when I had reached the level requirement, something about it made me just like it instantly and I still enjoy playing as Intel. It's a great department and it has nice people along it as well. In my opinion intel has one of the most fun jobs, interrogating CI/Civs, doing undercover/disguised OPs and just trying to hide the foundations secrets. I've also always wanted to help with making the department even more fun and enjoyable for others but at the time I thought I didn't have enough experience as I was new and not a lot of people knew me. I finally feel confident enough to write an application. I just really want to help keeping the department fun and active while also keeping it respected and honored. Besides this I've also heard that the department was having slight activity issues and I'd be willing to take up more responsibilities to try and fix this issue. What makes you suitable for Intelligence Ambassador?: I think the fact that I can work good under pressure, coordinate and work well with other people, and my dedication to make this department a better place make me a valid candidate. As I stated before in this application I really want to put effort into making this department better and enjoyable for new players or even long time players, I really want to leave a footprint in this department and be able to say ''I accomplished this for Intel and I am proud of it.'' Besides that I am also willing to put hours of my time into trying to improve the activity of this department and making sure that the affairs run well.
How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
To be completely honest I have not written a lot of documents as Intel, I've only really written a document about an interrogation which I forgot to upload to ScriptNET, I do have some well graded research forms. What I do know about documents though is that they should be informative and catching in the way it is written, it has to also look professional and presentable with proper images, spacing or headings for a fantastic layout.
What are the responsibilities of the Intelligence Ambassador in RP?:
The responsibilities of a Intelligence Ambassador in RP are, to name a few,
1. Approving/denying permits: As an example if MC&D asks for a permit to enter the base it is the ambassadors job to accept or deny said permit. If the Ambassador accepted the permit then he would have to assign a escort for the MC&D in question.
2. Training of new agents: Ambassadors are responsible for training new people that want to join the department, and informing/teaching them about the tasks that come with the Intelligence Department.
3. Overseeing the Intelligence Department: Ambassadors have the job of making sure the Department is doing their job and are staying efficient and professional.
4. Training agents on espionage and interrogations: Of course the agents also have to be trained in espionage and interrogations, which is also the job of the Ambassador as he is responsible for their knowledge.
Please give some lore about your Intelligence Ambassador character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Dave Haans grew up in The Netherlands, he had a calm and peaceful childhood yet he felt the need to prove he was worth something, he was not necessarily the smartest kid in school but he was surely dedicated and tough, he was also built quite tall and strong, this is why his nickname became ''Meaty'' and this stuck with him. During his childhood Dave was always fascinated by the dutch military and had always wanted to join up and do his country good, after high school he went to the VeVa (dutch military youth program) where he was noticed for his bravery and sheer strength and quickly rose the ranks, he then got recruited by a Korps Commandotroepen trainer who enrolled him into the training course. Dave being the man of sheer will he was of course managed to pass it first try due to hard work. His first deployment however was where it went wrong, Dave was a man with a big heart and it was hard to make him angry but if he finally did get angry all hell would break loose, this happened on deployment in Afghanistan, Dave was supposed to do a RECON op with his squad mates who then got ambushed by a group of insurgents. Unfortunately in his squad 2 men died to the result of an explosion and bled out in Dave's arms. After a massive gun fight the wounded but still standing Dave had won yet Dave felt furious, he wanted to do serious damage to those who had done this to his friends, they were like brothers to him. After looking around the battlefield Dave managed to find 2 insurgents who were still alive and scared for their lives, Dave took them back to base where they got interrogated thoroughly, Dave turned out to be insanely good at interrogating. After interrogating the men and learning about their secrets Dave walked over to their base of operations alone and torched it all to the ground, killing everyone there. Due to the disobeying of orders of staying at base Dave was soon after dishonorably discharged from the Korps Commandotroepen. When he returned home he went to a bar and drank a few drinks in remembrance of his fallen friends, in said bar a suited man approached him. This said man happened to know a lot about Dave, his deployment, the actions he undertook, even the interrogation he had taken by himself. He told Dave he had a job for him, a job where he would not be punished for his brute yet effective interrogation techniques, this man turned out to be working for the SCP foundation and had then recruited the infamous Dave ''Meaty'' Haans into the Department of Intelligence.
