What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Medals are something every regiment in the server has, but they are not really valued from an IC view. This suggests adding medals to be displayed in the profile menu for players, or in some way displayed on people. A medal on a roster really does not hold much value, 90% of people do not look at them and think much. There should be basic medals made by the server, and a way for regimental leads to change them once requested, e.g. SL requests.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Not to my knowledge.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Medals hold more value.
Aura.
People can show others what they have achieved.
Adds a way for leadership to reward people better without throwing money at people constantly.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Dev work.
Might not be used.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I believe this suggestion should be accepted as it brings many positives to regiments, with no real negatives. It seems like a nice thing for leadership to reward others.

MRP had a medals system same as the licenses. It used to be as eady as giving licenses, just was a drop down I believe and had wayy more options then licenses do. However if they kept any of the MRP files all they would need to do it a little rework, but the core coding would still be there. If the files aren't there CN devs should already know how it should work and or how to do it.
