What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
this will add a small chem lab with a chemist NPC inside of Medbay either adding to a room such as adding to the decontamination room, making the chem lab its own space, or replacing a room that is never used such as a private recovery, recovery, the empty medical room in the lobby next to the stash.


Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
it makes it easier for medical to get chemicals instead of walking across the map just for some chemicals/
it makes rp easier to do when you need to quickly get medicine for a patient special during code 5s or mass infection/disease
medical chemists can have their own space in medical

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
people might try and enter the medical-only area without auth


Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
with the new introduction of the disease and illness system medical now needs a chem lab in medical otherwise if we have someone who is infected and with the new chemicals taking multiple steps to make we will have to leave our patient trapped in the decontamination room for as long as it takes to make and if ci attacks or a code 5 happens medical has to try and get all the way to core sector and back without dying leaving are patient alone for longer than we should and if we die before we have made it back to medbay or to the core sector we have to try and do it again or wait till however long it takes the combative to deal with it making it even worse if we have to try and cure combatives or high member of the foundation and it doesn't bring any well worth RP having to run halfway across the map all to find that your patient has just either disconnected, died, swapped jobs or got out while still infected.

good suggestion
i can make cure's too in there and other chemicals.
should add this bc it would be easier for medical to develop cures instead of running to Chem lab in CS

This could easily be accomplished all that'd need to be "scarified" is a single scanner in the old CM bunks and have the chemlab in the corner furthest from the door behind the splitter

that could work as well but either way medical really needs away to make chemicals without walking halfway across the map just to do that specially during code 5s and code 1's or dealing with high clearance personnel like O5 or Ethics

Hello, I will be moving this to denied since we're already looking into this. Since most of the rooms are already being used, we will be trying to find an appropriate room where this could be possible.
