Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: i have 3 ban and 1 warning I have been banned for extreme toxicity and something else but I don't know what it is only reason I think I have been banned for extreme I had an argument with one of the people and it went out of hand and I said a couple things and it's my first time ever been in RP server Not that know how to conduct myself and in RP server but I do know now and I have changed

Why are you applying for Medical Consultant? I love the server and I want to get involved going for the medical department and I heard the medical department does need help because I heard they have a lack of medical consultants and I want to help I play as medic a lot and I don't know why people don't see me all the time Cos I have went to a couple of the medical licence training to see some of the things the medical consultants does and I look at it and I really want to help

What makes you suitable for Medical Consultant?: I play a lot of combat medic and I love it and I want to move to medical consultant and to help new medics to achieve great things in the medical department

Please explain an in-game medical procedure of your choice: Electrical short therapy so basically for electrical shock therapy you have to ask the participant if they had electrical short therapy in their lifetime or do they consent to electrical short therapy but I do recommend don't show them the the harpoon from my experience to get a bit frightened from that. and I also want to put another one so when someone has a broken leg you put them on the X-ray machine and if they have a broken leg shown on the right side of ther leg it usually means it's on the left side because the machine likes to flip it and then you do !medic and then you get calcium for the left leg and then you give it to them

What are the responsibilities of the Medical Consultant in RP?:
medical consultant trains medical trainees to get their licence
have to talk to people who have violated the medical guidelines
Perform procedures that CL3 personnel cannot
Lead by example and show licensed personnel how to be assets to the medical team

Please give some lore about your Medical Consultant character and what storylines they would be involved in: Ross Murphy accepted the job at Facility Site-65 he wasn't sure what it would end up as, climbing up the ranks he initially started as medical trainee and got his medical licence and he heal a lot of people and then he became a combat medic going into situations with containment scp and helping with situations in d block and he wanted to help in the medical department he wants to go for the role of medical consultant and now he's waiting see if he's got the job
