Content Suggestion Method of restraining Zombies

Content Suggestions will be reviewed by Content Team weekly, please allow time as not everything can be reviewed at once.
What does this suggestion change/add/remove:

This adds a method of restraining zombies

[It allows Zombies to be dragged just like SCPS. SCPs such as 427‑2, 049‑2, and 008‑2 currently have no reliable method of restraint other than static fluid which a lot of the times doesn't work. What I suggest is that when an instance is cuffed using anomaly containment beam, it should have up to ten attempts to break the cuffs. With each successful attempt, the cuffs begin to tear. Once the final attempt succeeds, the cuffs fully break and the instances are released. ]

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Most likely, but I have no idea how to search for suggestions. What makes this different is that it provides a method of cuffing while still giving those instances a chance to break free during a struggle.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):

* Increases methods of researching zombie instances.
* makes it much easier for transport.
* It helps E‑11 and RSD with tedious processes that require much planning.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:

* i have no clue what would be a negative.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:

It helps SCPs like 427‑2, 049‑2, and 008‑2 by providing a proper method of transportation, restraint, and testing. This makes it easier for E‑11 to handle these SCPs and prevents termination from being the only viable option. It also allows RSD to conduct tests on these SCPs without having to deal with the excessive difficulty of dragging an instance to a separate chamber every time.

+ Huge Support

All current methods of restraining those SCPs feel scuffed
either cuz the Player playing the SCP doesnt really have any good reason to care if we for example cut of his legs thru RP (/me cuts off the 008 tendoins )
or the timings of injecting them with static liquid & cortico are easy to fuck up

There is no negatives to implementing this & it feels like it should have been done a long time ago
