1x Ban: MRDM - I still believe it was uncalled for, but i wont go into depth in this post you can ask me if you want the whole story.
2x Warnings (Im pretty sure but cant remember): RDM, FailRP - The RDM warning has something to do with my ban, and for the FailRP for some dumb reason i thought it would be funny to blow myself up with a grenade.
(I know this might look bad, but i have stopped with all these shenanigans)
Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?

I have 2 primary reasons.
1. To be able to conduct higher level experiments, i have been to almost every SCP mulitple times and i want to be able to go to the "next level".
And yes i know i can make a document , which if good enough can be approved by higher ups to be able to perform higher level experiments
(Such as CL4 and crosstests).
2. I want to be able to help other researchers with their experiments, document and anything they need help with. I have always enjoyed tagging along, or having other researchers tag along with me when performing experiments. Because it can "spice" things up more, having multiple people view, control and document experiments. It also just brings alot more RP into it all which i enjoy very much.
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:

I believe i am suitable for the Executive Researcher position because of multiple reasons, such as me being active as much as possible (i can only play Friday - Saturday - Sunday because of school, but i can still play in holidays and sometimes thursdays aswell). I also having alot of experience within the research department both at the RP aspect while also having a good understanding of most SCP. I am almost always friendly, and know how to communicate well with other people.
How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?

I believe i have 2 excellent documents which i know is not alot, but i am working on alot i strongly believe would be graded excellent.

*First formatting - Using the right formatting is key, i believe an excellent document should contain...
- Crisp first page with a description of the SCP you are testing on and what it can do.
- Index to keep track of where everything is.
- Aims of the test to show what you want to achieve with it.
- Hypothesis what is it the main question of the experiment, and also what do you think is gonna happen.
- Method to show the process of the experiment, and also to show that you know what you are doing.
- Subject and Personnel to give "credit" to who participated in the experiment, and also to keep track of things during the experiment.
- Notes During The Test (optional in my opinion) it can be new suprising information, or just basic notes to help show the experiment.
- Findings to show what new information you found, and share that information to other researchers.
- Conclusion it helps show what you learned, your opinion and also if it requires further testing.
*Grammar - To make the document easier to read.
*Looks - Helps build up the lore in the SCP foundation, and also just makes it cooler.
*Aims - Shows why you are doing the experiment, while also showing your overall creativity.

*Helping other reasearchers make documents, help with experiment and share knowledge. Also help them generally with their questions.
*Teaching them the rules of roles withing the research department, and also teaching them about the CoC and what is ethical.
*To share information with other researchers about SCP, and new discovers within the foundation research deparment via Lectures.
*Making sure no-one is breaking CoC within the department.
Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Backstory
Mette Frederiksen has always been the explorer of the unknown type, thats why he graduated as a biologist and geographer. He had always loved discovering new things since he was a kid, it has always given him a feeling of greatness and joy that he found very rewarding. One day when exploring the Danish nature to find new things to discover he looked down on his watch, the time on the watch was 8:32 PM for some weird unexplained reason he never forget the time of what was about to happen. When looked up again he saw a pair of antlers he went to approach it, but when he got closer he could finally see it cleary. He stood there in shock while looking at this strange creature, it was a deerskull but on a human like body. Its skin was black, it looked like it hadnt eat in days so thin it was. He couldnt believe it "What is that thing?" he whispered to himself in shock and pure disbelief, but before he could react gunshots was fired at it. The weird creature lead out a blood curdling scream, and started sprinting away fleeing from his field of vision nowhere to be seen. Mere seconds later a helicopter flew over his head with people running after this strange creature, but a select two [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] stayed. They overthrew him and blindfolded him. Mette´s mind was racing "What was that thing?" "Who were those guys?" "Where am i going?", he was fearing for his life and screamed and begged for mercy. Eventually he was thrown into a transport vehicle of some sort, then he heard the engine start. He slowly started gathering his thoughts again in the back of this vehicle. After what felt like an eternity had passed the vehicle finally came to a halt. He heard the backdoor open, then the men started dragging him away. Mette was frantically asking questions about what was happening and what that strange creature was, the men stayed silent. After many doors had been opened he was sat down in a chair, and they then proceded to remove his blindfolds. He saw a man wearing a lab coat of some sort, the man greeted him as Researcher [REDACTED]. The man in the lab coat started explaining why Mette was brought here, he said "Mette we have been keeping a close on you for a while, and we want to recruit you here at the foundation" Mette asked "What is the foundation". The Researcher started explaining to him what the foundation is, and what they stood for. After hearing all of this accepted the job wanting to find out more about these strange anomalies.
Present
Through the many years working for the foundation, he has made many experiments and gotten a good understanding of all of the SCP in his clearence level within the foundation, with him being one of the lead Researchers in studying new anomalies transported to the foundation. But two goals stood out from the rest, two goals he has been trying to achieve for as long as he can remember performing a row of experiments to achieve them. The first one is finding a cure or immunity to SCP-049 "cure", to help in accidents, missue and recontainmet of "The Plague Doctor". With his other goal being to learn more about SCP-035 to learn what its capable of, what effects it has on its host and his goal he has yet to achieve, finding a way to seperate SCP-035 from its host without termination. In his time working he has slowly climbed the ranks of the reasearch department, when he finally wanted to take one of the final steps. Becoming an Executive Researcher...
