Mic keeps switching itself on when there isn't even a key binded to it.

During a lecture today my mic kept going live and I don't even have a key binded to it.
Never had this glitch before and was sweating in the lecture as i was just tryna listen and my Garrys mod had other ideas.

Is there any way to fix this, as i would prefer not having to worry of getting kicked out of a lecture.

Any help is appreciated
