Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
My reasons for applying are pretty important to not only me but ISD, i am applying for the reasons of, i love being able to be the teacher in most cases. I love honestly to bring not only leadership but responsibility and the courses of wisdom and more, overall im applying so i can show the ISD remains strong and show true compassion for what i love to do! In addition to that, I have always enjoyed helping others improve and reach their goals within the department. Being able to guide newer members, answer questions, and provide support is something I find very rewarding. I believe an Internal Security Inspector should be someone who sets an example for others and demonstrates professionalism at all times. I want to continue developing my skills while also helping the department grow stronger and more efficient. This position would allow me to contribute more to ISD and make a positive impact on both the department and the people within it.

What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
Honestly from even what ive been told my honesty and leadership, even from what ive seen ive had alot of leadership opportunities all ive taken such as things within ISD for Ops, with other ISD members and more. I love the thrill/goals of being a leader and thats how i see an Inspector as, i also believe my willingness to learn and adapt makes me suitable for the role. Throughout my time in the community I have consistently worked alongside others, handled responsibilities given to me, and done my best to remain approachable. I understand that leadership is not only about giving directions but also listening to concerns, solving problems, and supporting team members when needed. These are qualities I actively try to demonstrate, and I believe they would help me perform effectively as an Internal Security Inspector.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
Integrity is one main thing, as a JR CL4 the responsibilities are very huge and having that. So being trust worthy in what you say and what you do is a big thing and with Integrity doing the right things even when noone is watching is what i see most fit for this type of position definitely when in huge scenarios being accurate and honest about what happen best fits with these scenarios here, along with integrity, I believe professionalism and consistency are important qualities. An ideal Inspector should be able to remain calm during stressful situations, make fair decisions, and treat all personnel with respect regardless of rank. They should be someone others can depend on for guidance and support while also enforcing regulations when necessary. A good Inspector should balance leadership, accountability, and communication to ensure the department functions effectively and maintains a positive reputation.

How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
During my time as Research there was a custom SCP event going the execs made about the “Paddlefish” I made a fully custom document based upon the fish and making it Anomoulous in terms of what it can do (I won that contest) But for ISD i have made Arrest reports for diffrent crimes such as Loitering and murder and such. I could deffinetly do better with those but the best document was the Custom SCP one with Research, in terms of quality, I believe a good document should be detailed, organized, and easy to understand. It should accurately explain the situation while including all important information and avoiding unnecessary details. Proper formatting, grammar, and structure also help make a document more professional and easier for others to review. A strong document should provide enough information for someone unfamiliar with the situation to fully understand what occurred and what actions were taken.

What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
The task and responsibilities really go as follows, they are the Junior CL4 of the ISD department so later relying if someone needs help with something then they should be the first to be talked to so the Comms+ can still rely to the duties and responsibilities of the department they need to do without bother, and especially them forsure being the “Face of the Department” In my eyes. Inspectors should also be leading,Teaching, and doing there duties for guiding the Lower personnel within ISD, hosting Operations, answering questions,and overall being supportive in actions, they should also be ensuring that department standards are upheld and that personnel are following regulations correctly. An Inspector should assist with resolving issues, handling reports, overseeing operations when required, and helping maintain order within the department. They should serve as role models for lower ranking members and encourage professionalism through both their actions and leadership. Communication is also a major responsibility, as Inspectors are often expected to coordinate with other departments and provide assistance when situations require it.

Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
I personally think if i gotten this chance, i would do the things like i said above and so much more, i love talking to people its my thing so just being able to build relations alone this will help me with. In suit too there always are people asking for Inspectors or higher and i never see one on when that happens so i want to be the person who is known and friendly in those cases and willing to help. I believe if i gotten this role i could help within the department either doing paperwork or getting other tasks done noone else can do, overall i can bring Integrity/responsibility, courage, leadership, and so much more within this department, i also understand that leadership requires dedication and consistency. A leader should be available when people need assistance and should always strive to create a positive environment. I enjoy working with others and helping solve problems, which I believe are important aspects of any leadership role. If selected, I would make it a goal to support both the department's objectives and the members within it while continuing to improve myself as a leader. I would represent the department to the best of my ability and work hard to earn the trust and respect of those around me.

Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in: Micheal Huxley.. Overall during his time as ISD has been involved in alot of actions, some being with ‘Snoofies’ Going through different dimensions and helping him before (dont ask why i got offered) Assisting different CL4 personnel with breaches and security, and other times its normal.. Doing reports, operations, overall alot within different categories like corruption within places, or the ‘Poison’ Attempts on different personel, and other medical malpractice.. Overall Micheal Huxley has been around for a good amount of time and helping and making the goals Accomplished.
