Ethics Assistant(Held) Failed the tryout phase and learned a lot from it.
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
NRP: I made monkey noises as a class-d and got warned for it, but that was at a long time ago and I wasn't in serious RP then.
Mixing: As an engineer, I had a cooking recipe and before I began cooking got rdm'd by a civilian, I came back to him and asked him why he did that, I was pissed that he killed me, right before I was able to cook anything.
What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
I don't think that I am the best, but here are some reasons why it would be good to have me:
1. I am really durable which means I can work with anyone even if they are people who are screaming in my ears.
2. I can work on boring things for a really long time.
3. I will try to complete all commands that someone gives me.
4. I can improve really fast if someone tells me that I am doing something wrong.
5. I will never be bored to be Ethics Assistant because I like that role.
6. I have a very good understanding of the CoE and the CoC
What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:
1: Execute the commands they get from Ethics Members. For example, go and look at the current state of D-Block.
2: Help with things the Ethics Members are currently not able to do.
3: Watch over facility members, in case some are doing unethical things.
4: Help with different things. For example, someone is locked inside a cl4 area.
Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Mike Glozkowski is 23 and had a normal life, he had a normal childhood in Germany, went to school, had an excellent job as an assistant to a CEO, and had a family.
But one day he saw something, something he never should have seen, SCP-106. As he saw him pulling people into some kind of goo, he and his family tried to run from him. SCP-106 got his wife his children and even his dog.
After he got away from it, he saw multiple military guys walking around the city. After they saw him, they walked up to him and began to question him. One of the questions he got was "Did you see any kind of monster?", scared for his life, he said no. After some more questioning, they left him to go.
From that day he wanted to know what that was, and why it killed all the people for nothing else than "fun". So he began to search. After some time, he began to find results, he found out that the thing which killed his family is called SCP-106.
After a while of hard research, he found out that it was kept at something called SITE-65. The SCP-Foundation got track of him and began stalking him. They wanted him because he was good at what he was doing. So they planned how to get him in. After some weeks Mike got a request to work at a place also known as SITE-65.
They told him.
He started as a cadet, but it slowly got boring. Because he did all day long the same thing
1. Go into D-Block
2. Shoot D-Class
3. See D-Class getting shot without reason
4. Escort Researcher
5. Go to Bunks and sleep
He always hated the "Shoot D-Class" part, as he didn't like killing people.
So he began as an Engineer fixing doors after Breaches, but he always got screamed at for "Taking too long to repair a door".
So he went to an It specialist but the same thing happened again.
Then he started to cook which no one was complaining about but also no one wanted food from him.
But then he found the thing he liked
Containment Specialist
He liked the job because he didn't need to shoot people and kill them, so he began working as one.
As he was working as a Containment Specialist he slowly began to understand the SCPs. And he worked with some MTFs to contain SCPs faster. But after a while he felt lonely because he never had someone to talk to after breaches. So he started to look at some MTF squads, he liked MTF Epsilon 11 and so started to attend the tryout.
1. Tryout: Failed on questions and kill house
2. Tryout: Failed Strikes on questions
And then finally, 3. Tryout: Passed
As he now was an E-11 Privat at the time he didn't do much except recontaining SCPs. And he was good at it, so he got promoted. After some years he got the Captain role. At that point, he even did watch over some tests. But one noticed some things, some researchers treated SCPs not nice, they used D-Classes to attack them, or just swear at them. So he began looking after some things he could do to stop that. So he started applying as an Ethics assistant.
