Why did you resign: At the time I was entering a period of finals in high school where my grades really mattered for college applications, as well as being slightly uninterested in gmod in general. I thought it would be best to take a step back rather than juggle between IRL commitments and server commitments, which honestly worked out pretty well for me.
Why should you return: I've just finished my finals and won't be back in college until the beginning of October, so I have considerable time and effort to commit to bringing more activity. Being on the server daily, I often find myself alone for hours with the occasional trainee joining, and I'm unable to provide regiment transfers or show the cool features of the server to keep the player's interested with custom addons which I think is a bit of a shame (I know it's minor in the grand scheme of things) or even more broadly to represent the community in a positive light. I feel like now more than ever with low activity, active players and staff should be incentivized and participate, and I can provide this given my hugely flexible schedule. Lastly, I do have a slight red flag to raise about myself (I know it's counter-productive to post this in my own appeal but I prefer to be honest), I've joined back relatively recently (though I have multiple past experiences), so some people might not know me, which has given me some doubts about posting this appeal. However, the only reason I am applying despite having come back relatively recently is simply due to the EXTREMELY low player count. I think that having one extra staff member with prior experience can be really utilized right now, as I have previous experience to provide and plenty of suggestions seeing as we're probably going in a phase where a lot of revamps are going to be decided soon (at least I hope) and I think that I would be a good asset to the community since I am very open to receiving messages/thoughts and interacting with people.
