Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: January 2025: I am proud of the time spent in game SAS regiments. I mean it was fun even though I got tired and I take the break. When I turn on, I take my crew through tough missions. Requires a lot of strategy and good split second decision making. I motivate teammates for fun strategies to come out on top.
April 2024: And I am literally proud of having spent a time in RMP regiment in game. But then you go on patrol and you look for the basic things suspicious, trespassing and all that. The secret was patrolling everywhere and staying vigilant. I see something strange I act fast. I am in a job where I always need to be alert, but I feel good knowing that I am making a difference.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I want to be a moderator because I love this game mode to begin with. Military RP. It's the best. It’s the tactics, it’s the teamwork, it’s the high-intensity missions: It’s all just very exciting. A great moderator is important to keepin’ it all goin’ and movin’. I wanna be that person that helps keep the peace and makes sure everyone’s havin’ a good time. I mean I've seen a lotta situations where it gets a little crazy, and I feel like I can make sure they handle those better. I know how to stay calm in crisis situations and talk to people and get everyone on board but have a good time.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I would work on communication and teamwork. One approach to doing this could be to hold regular meetings where staff members share ideas, challenges or successes.
