Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes i do | 2022-2023 (Owner) | DarkRP 2020-2021 (Community Manager) | Police RP (Developer Manager | Staff Manager)
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Reviving ISAF back in 2023 with W-Keys, Bob the builder, Paul, ISAF during the time was very inactive, lacked COs and was giving 2LT with paul to assist the remaining COs in ISAF the numbers in ISAF was very very bad worse than it currently was it taken us around 2 months to get it very active and made it the most active regiment in NATO during the time which sadly its not anymore, Wasted my bloody time blame CORE
And now im currently running SAS which is so far my favourite and best achievement.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I want to assist in the community to make it best as possible for both factions and new players which would like to join the server since the server, i used to have a passion for being staff on garrys mod servers and so far the server needs more passion able staff members which will stay during the dark times of the server which i believe i would be good for the job, im not here for money or anything, i want to be here to make the server fun as possible
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: Currently the staff team lacks communication towards the community which they really need, they should favourite a faction based on what they play instead they should treat everyone as equals, im not saying every staff is currently like this but there is a good handful.
