Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
I have a FailRP warning from October 20th of 2025, as per why I received it I believe was given to me for acting like a combative while on non-combative. On November 2nd of 2025 I received a warning for Meta Gaming, this was for third person abusing while playing an SCP at the time which is stupid and I really don't think I'll be doing again. On February 17th I received a warning for FearRP for blocking a door while people were ordering me to move in which I was shot, I believe that I should've just listened and moved but the tone from the people involved confused me as they sounded like they were joking. Final warning I've received was a FailRP warning on March 30th, I personally job abused to move forward an RP situation obviously I won't argue that I should've just let things play out at the pace it was going but I was impatient as the people involved were waiting for around 20 minutes. I know quite the long list of things I won't sugar coat it, but I'll try to act better in the future.

Why are you applying for Site Director?
For what reason am I applying for the position of Site Director? I believe that the site as a whole can be seen as somewhat flawed, gun permits being useless, research stifled by the lack of freedom, and medical has been actively left without true observation for quite a while. Rot has seeped into certain ends of the site as a whole, and as an advisor, I've only been able to watch and report the issues at hand. But as per why I'm applying it would be in the attempt to both manually fix that rot as soon as possible. I believe favoritism has become a major issue in terms of actually running this site correctly people of quality should be placed in the positions they deserve which also applies to me and once people out last welcome they should be shuffled out for new blood, or more energetic reinvigorated leadership. Communication also is a major thing which has completely fallen to the wayside which if I am to be placed in this position will be forced to the forefront. Activity also needs to be enforced especially with Directors of the site as you must be on site to actually effectively maintain and update policies.

What makes you suitable for Site Director over Site Advisor?:
I believe there are a great variety of reasons on why I'd be a great Director for the site as a whole!
First being that my activity as a major power point in allowing me to functionally and successfully manage the site and understand key weak points in leadership. This can easily be proven by my extremely lengthy time of maintaining extremely high presence on site while when I'm over a department as either being a director of said department or as site admin keeping in touch with the department. While actually trying to enable my peers and the leadership at hand to do things when I believe they have the ability to do so.

Humility, while one might be a given for someone to have my current position and this position,
I believe it's something that some people lack the personal self-reflection to admit their faults and actually ask about things when confused and or when they feel like they are lacking at something. I'll happily lower myself to whatever level needed to actually understand what is going on and try to gain some knowledge about the goings on about said issues without relying solely on people of power or just myself. I know myself that I could and should be doing even more then I am currently as site admin and as an advisor; whether I get this position or not I'll be reapplying myself to push out even more projects and attempt to create even more RP than I've been doing; and falling in the line of though in terms of humility if I believe or my peers believe I'm falling behind as a leader that I'll either attempt to address the issues; and if I believe I cannot and it's taking away from the site as a whole I'll consider stepping down over dragging the site down with mismanagement.

Honesty, I believe that normally can be seen as someone with my heart on my shoulder which might be a weak point, but I believe that being someone who doesn't really hide what I feel about something, or someone will at the very least will assist in getting stuff done. I believe that sometimes the only way to actually address something is by actually going and talking about it. This mentality has allowed people to actually come to me when they need to talk about stuff, and actually address assist them, or just to give advice to them and such.

While my time in Site Admin as a whole has been pretty short given then the length of time of prior director candidates, I'd like to believe that I have a somewhat decent judgement in terms of running things; and actually, managing things day to day. I'm tirelessly trying to expend my knowledge base, and I'd like to say I've got a decent grasp of how a good majority of most departments and regiments enjoy gameplay loop wise. If you do a tiny amount of digging, you will see I've tried my best with each department I've had oversight with or actually ran that I really do tend to carefully and closely watch ever whatever is going on in the department. Going to each meeting even if I don't really need to, giving advice and insight when needed, and helping out each department with what they need the most an actual person to communicate with. Fostering connections and maintaining relations between departments should be pushed for even further then it really is; and start either start with me as an adviser, or me as a Director I'll be trying my best to enforce this at the very least departments that would work closely will have some form of either order and or just normal interactions hosted by me to bridge the gap which seems to become an issue every month from what I've seen.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Since this application is for Director, I'll state the obvious first and foremost.

Which would be obviously the management of SA (IE managing Adviser+) and or leading it.
Policy management and maintenance for the site
Day-to-Day management of the site
Being the final decision maker for SA as a whole
Hosting the Sr. CL4 Meetings
Appointing Departmental leadership, SA, and premotion of SA to managers
Task Management for Site Admin to keep them on track

There are probably a few other duties I've forgotten to mention.

Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Min Vagabonds has been involved in a great number of either extremely interesting storylines, and or extremely boring. Some being Eidolon, Theta, The Trip to Un-London, Vaati and Richard's "neck thing" storyline, and plenty of other minor things that I've either played a part in or was an observer in as such I've not bothered listing off.

General Information...
Name: Min Vagabonds
Age:27
Weight:177 lbs.
Height: 5.3 ft.
Current Assignment: Site Adviser
Clearance level: Four

AUDIO ENTRY begins with the *sounds of what sounds to be two doors opening and a few footsteps...*

Min what did you get us into? Why did you even rope me into this?

I'm sorry Josh I needed someone who I know won't snitch about this type of testing that's why I recommended you... this is good that they trust you with this!

*The sounds of chemicals being haphazardly throw together and frantic writing*

*Then the sound of the sounds of what it sounds like one of the pair leaving with another pair of unsteady steps following behind*

I'm sorry D-CLASS you need to bear with any discomfort or pain for a little bit this should be a fairly simple line of tests involving some experimental chemicals. I know it sounds bad but think about it you are doing something for the greater good!

Min shut up you're just making them panic more... also what are we even making these chemicals are hardly the most common things you'd find around site, some of these look like they'd cost a fortune!

It's an order to make something inhouse I can't really cough up too many details, but you'll be needed as my executive to make sure that I don't miss any notes about the conditions of how this chemical cocktail works on humans.

*Audio from the D-CLASS struggling to escape his restrains while panicking is noticeable now*

Alright Josh I know what I'm about to inject might seem inhuman to inject into someone after you see what happens, but you mustn't under any circumstances let what I'm doing out to anyone, but who were doing this for alright!

*Sounds of a viscus liquid being loaded into a syringe*

*Muted wailing begins to be audible as to indicate that whatever was loaded into this syringe has found its now home*

AUDIO ENTRY ends file to corrupted...
