I have a FailRP warning from October 20th of 2025, as per why I received it I believe was given to me for acting like a combative while on non-combative. On November 2nd of 2025 I received a warning for Meta Gaming, this was for third person abusing while playing an SCP at the time which is stupid and I really don't think I'll be doing again. On February 17th I received a warning for FearRP for blocking a door while people were ordering me to move in which I was shot, I believe that I should've just listened and moved but the tone from the people involved confused me as they sounded like they were joking. Final warning I've received was a FailRP warning on March 30th, I personally job abused to move forward an RP situation obviously I won't argue that I should've just let things play out at the pace it was going but I was impatient as the people involved were waiting for around 20 minutes. I know quite the long list of things I won't sugar coat it, but I'll try to act better in the future.

Why are you applying for Site Director?
The reason that I'm applying for Site Director is for
a fairly simple and somewhat complex reasons. The first and obvious reason being that I wish to move forward and advance on the Site and in Site Admin as a whole. While that seems like a fairly simple reason, I want to maintain the really good momentum that Josh had going for the site as a whole while he was running Site Admin; while changing a few things in terms of how it would be ran mainly in actually enforcing that chain of command and pushing for more independent work for Site Administration. I don't really wish to show all of my cards when it comes to changes for Site Admin so that'll be it for this portion.

What makes me suitable for Director over Advisor or Manager. To restate an old reason, I stated in a prior application for Director. The first reason would be my activity I've maintained an extremely high activity, and while I might not be as active on externals, I keep an active eye watching over most things to make sure that I at the very least understand what's the goings on around the department and such. With me being extremely present on site I've been able to observe and action immediate fixes to issues; and both assist with RP and push out more RP. I still believe that communication is still an issue that prevails on the site with some problems even lightly. I've been pushing for my peers to spread their wings in both creation of RP and actually assisting in maintaining departmental policy.

I believe it's something that some people lack the personal self-reflection to admit their faults and actually ask about things when confused and or when they feel like they are lacking at something. I'll happily lower myself to whatever level needed to actually understand what is going on and try to gain some knowledge about the goings on about said issues without relying solely on people of power or just myself. I know myself that I could and should be doing even more then I am currently as site admin and as an advisor; whether I get this position or not I'll be reapplying myself to push out even more projects and attempt to create even more RP than I've been doing; and falling in the line of though in terms of humility if I believe or my peers believe I'm falling behind as a leader that I'll either attempt to address the issues; and if I believe I cannot and it's taking away from the site as a whole I'll consider stepping down over dragging the site down with mismanagement.

This portion of the reasoning might give Déjà Vu but my time in Site Admin
is a good bit longer than my last application then some of the prior Director applicants. Over my time in Site Admin, I've been over all over site assisting our department leaders if requested with policy, and administrative issues. Going to meetings, reaching out when I see fit being a person that someone can talk to when it comes to Site Admin. I'd like to say that I've been maintaining decent relations between most departments that normally have issues when it comes to overlap or under communication from the past. If I become the next Site Director, I'll be pushing for some of the same points that I went over in my first application of communication with each department being maintained to a higher degree. Both Site Admin and our Departments should be trying to actively talk with our peers to keep everyone in the loop and be attempting to involve each other in trainings, and or RP.

Min Vagabonds has been involved in a great number of either extremely interesting storylines, and or extremely boring. Some being Eidolon, Theta, The Trip to Un-London, Vaati and Richard's "neck thing" storyline, and plenty of other minor things that I've either played a part in or was an observer in as such I've not bothered listing off. Now for some more current things being the current investigations being undertaken linked to O5 and Ethics, the backroom deals with -2, and the always constantly changing relations of GOC which I'd love to say is a storyline. I've also started some projects that will lead into their own storylines, but I'd rather not show all of my cards since that would be quite boring...
