What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
The suggestion aims to add a delay between each possible gun purchase for D Class
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
After a search, not that I have found
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Risks of limiting actual RP (like a D Class buying gun for another one)
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I think the suggestion should be accepted to limit NLR, and to make Riot more of a big organized deal (I think too many D Class rushes because they know "meh if I die, i'll get another gun")
It would also have the side effect of maybe restricting how frequently you have armed D class in normal gameplay

- Makes Riots more manageable when low GenSec present
