Ban Reason: "Inappropriate Talking in VC"

Why should you be unbanned: Made a simple joke in VC about previous Community Manager "Cloakz", and his apparent "preorder" that someone in the vc mentioned. Was a simple one liner and was timed out for it. Then was proceeded to be perma banned 25 minutes later even though it wasnt mentioned again. Look, this is straight-up bullshit. Covering up those pedo accusations against Cloakz and banning anyone who even jokes about it is a garbage move for the whole Civil Networking community. It puts younger players at risk, kills all trust, and literally condones the behavior by pretending it never happened. My joke wasn’t harassment, it was a light reference to public stuff that’s already out there. Punishing it while you guys bury the real issue just proves you care more about protecting your image than keeping the community safe. I’m not here to stir drama for no reason. But silencing people over this makes the whole place feel fake and unsafe as hell.

The joke you made is frankly highly inappropriate and we do not tolerate this kind of behavior. Your allegations regarding covering up the relevant past incident holds no merit regarding your ban. Additionally, your conduct falls under the Online Safety Act's definitions for prohibited content, requiring us to remove you from the server regardless of your argument.
The only one putting younger players at risk in this situation is you.

You may re-appeal in no less than four weeks.​
