To add some context, this is my first RP server, and the majority of these rule breaks were due to inexperience/getting caught up in the moment. All of these are warnings.
Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
My goals for RSD are to evoke change! My main aims are:
Enhance Experience - Group Testing - Create stronger friendships within RSD
How will I achieve this? I'm going to break it down.
I will be running regular collaborative tests between researchers of all clearance levels. These tests will include "fun" twists centred around learning, laughter, and the community of RSD. As well as this, setting up community testing goals and promoting easy access to testing for all clearances. This is the best way to get Junior researchers invested in RSD, and invested in the wider world of SCPs. All of these things should help achieve my aims.
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?
I've got a very warm, appealing character with a strong willingness to push boundaries. I also love a sampling document, as I see this as the only way to truly understand SCP's. My particular area is interdimensional matter, and studying the consistency of its effects.
I also remain calm in stressful situations, and know the FLC and will be regularly requiring updates on all RSD members' arrests to ensure the FLC is maintained, whilst fairness is provided.
How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
Direct SCP testing isn't where I strive. I love chemicals and seeing what interaction specific chemicals have with each other. For example, interdimensional matter combined with Corticosteroids. To answer the question, I have 3 documents rated "Good". They were rated "Good" because of the interesting concepts they explored, such as 049-2 variant combined with Potent and seeing the effects that remain.
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
Ensuring RSD remains stable, ensuring the department has a healthy influx of new applicants and the retention of existing members. As well as exploring testing on highly classified SCP's.
Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:
They would be involved in lots of ISD vs RSD cases at tribunal and arrest cases. They would push a more aggressive tone towards ISD and won't be perceived as pushovers. Promote testing regardless of the FLC, and to add a more playful side to RSD
