What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Adds:
- Abandoned Parking Garage (would be accessed from main road which is currently just a fenced off area)
- MC&D Warehouse (would be where MC&D spawn & would be located in between Pinewood & CI's base)
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Adds more variety for Surface Events, Surface RP & Combative scenarios
- gives more depth to surface as there isn't many surface locations as is
- would be able to add more variety to the Surface missions eg. Infiltrate MC&D warehouse to steal goods or Anomaly Extraction inside Abandoned parking garage etc.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I believe as is surface is pretty uneventful & bland, adding more surface locations would definitely allow CI/UNGOC & Foundation to have more variety
