Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
-I'm gonna be honest I don't think I'm gonna get it but I want a shot to do more for the site. I feel right now what i do is bare minimum and if i get I'm able to get involved in more stuff i want to help the new comers and try to change the site a little and with both my roles i dont think i make changes to improve site the most iv done so far is change some people from mindges
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
-as stated above i currently hold two cl4 spots one in medical and one in eca now i wont lie combined there a little over 2 months. I feel tho that i still be suitable as at least i have some experience in cl4 roles as well as i have some points why i am suitable
Experience - I have been with the foundation for about three years now and know a thing or two of how to deal with a number of things. As well now i have some experience with cl4 jobs as i am a consultant /ECA
Helpful- I'm willing to work with people and help with whatever is needed to get done with the task even if I have to stay late filling out tasks and finishing them.
Growth while i may had a past I feel i have grown more as a human being and would excel at this position
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
site advisors are to help run the facility under O5 / Ethics guidelines ensuring departments are following the rules/doing what they are supposed to as well as ensuring all areas of the facility are being maintained well and up to the standards of the foundation..
Site advisors would assist the director in writing the various documents needed for the site to run as well as giving the site director advice
Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in: ECA Morningstar was last seen welcomed into the ethics role after the 9029 incident. A couple months after that promotion he was heard to transfer over to site admin as a way to make the site function more fluently. For the past few months Morningstar served within the Ethics Committee, assisting with reviews of site operations, personnel conduct, and incidents that required ethical oversight. During his time there, however, he began to notice a recurring problem within the site. While many of the issues that were brought to ethics were not ethical problems more or less site admin problems after noticing this and after digging a little deeper Morningstar found it that stuff was not getting done whether it be resources getting handed out right departments not communicating. With all that said Morningstar saw it fit to transfer over to site admin now this was not a demotion it was more considered a strategic move to help the site Morningstar is now working happily in his new role as well stuff actually getting done.
