First of all I'm extream active for SCP-RP. The amount of me asking for leave is 2.
And I wish I can bring more roleplay time between G.O.C & C.I , not just because they are lack of it.
But G.O.C is new added unit in SCP-RP. So I wish to bring more event on G.O.C
By the way I want to bring more detailed lore for some new G.O.C story line on Civil gammer SCP.vers.
By the experience of being Ethic Committee Assistant. I able to guarantee I follow C.O.E all the time.
I know everyone is experienced for C.O.E , But I can appropriate blocking potential C.O.E breach.
Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?:
Since Im one of the writer on ZH-site.
The motivation to join G.O.C is that I want to maintain efficiency of writing lores.
And since my foundation charactor lore is broke after I kinda messing around with that lore.
I want a new start for serious roleplay in G.O.C.
I'll try my best to maintain the personality of my charactor.
Other motivation of join G.O.C is that I want to experience the new feature of G.O.C units.
And to see how exactly G.O.C interact with Foundation.
Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?:
The G.O.C was once known as the "Allied Occult Initiative"
Which fought the Ahnenerbe Obskurakorps in Seventh Occult WWII.
And G.O.C transform in late 20th"police of the paranormal world"
What does the PHYSICS, PSYCHE, and PTOLEMY Divisions specialize in and give an example of some functions they do:
·PHYSICS
Physics units is the main force of dealing anomalies & non-anomalies hostile. aka "UN" in public sight.
They similar to Foundation's Mobile Task Force.
Assessment Teams unit : observe, investigate , (maybe infiltrate in Civil gammer)
Strike Teams units : Combat & Assault , (the knife tip of G.O.C)
·PSYCHE
Psyche is the arm of diplomatic dpt in G.O.C
They also send Agents to observed , archeology , and investigate any major abnormal threat
G.O.C Psyche also send ambassadors to calm & make peace to all non-hostile abnormal force.
·PTOLEMY
If we suppose Physics is the fist. Psyche is brain.
Then Ptolemy will be the heart that bumps blood in G.O.C
Quartermasters : Food & guns. Their job is to equally distributed the resource to everyone unit.
Research and Development : Coordinates research into new technologies by the 108 members.
What Are the Global Occult Coalition's goals?:
First Mission: Survival[Top Priority]
its the priority above all mission & operation
the survival is the the most important job to protect humankind from any kind of abnormal threat.
Second Mission: Concealment
To avoid public panic and question to baseline reality.
We need to hide every abnormal threat under the public's eyes.
Third Mission: Protection
There will be cost of our units. But we need to bring all we got to prevent lost a unit.
Fourth Mission: Destruction
abnormal threat is a curse to humankind.
Theres no need to save a abnormal threat from destruction.
Fifth Mission: Education
G.O.C will make every effort to expand the base of knowledge abnormal threat.

As a shadow war during WWII , SS Ahnenerbe and the Thule-Gesselschaf try to destruct LTE-0913-Ex-Machina to complete the Rite of Solomon.
This event to one of the main reason that G.O.C was found.

G.O.C is irreconcilable against abnormal threat. They are the shield to protect humankind from any threat of abnormal.
They will try to neutralized & destroy every abnormal.
But foundation will try to contain & study every abnormals they encounter.
Chaos insurgency main goal is to weaponized abnormals.

Vance was been foster care to his uncle's house. About high school , Vance was dropout from high school.
He try to join US army for better life compared to life of country side. After 2 years of training , he was deployed to Syrian Civil War during 2014/█/█.
