What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will make sure I check if the actions I do are breaking the rules or not, I will assure you I won't get another rdm/mrdm warn/ban
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? I've been warned before
Why should you be unbanned: Well let me explain the situation, I killed 5 people for either getting their keycard or me killing them cause they would have caught me, and an admin asked why I did this, I said because I was trying to get keycards and weapons for the d class, he said its mrdm because its disloyalty to the foundation, but I wasnt aware of this, I've seen countless times of researchers/gensec helping d class escape or giving them weapons, even a friend that used to play on this server for a long time told me it was allowed, and I assumed it was allowed and didnt make sure since so many people were doing it, now that i know it's not allowed I will 100% make sure I won't do this or anything like this ever again and I stand by that statement, as for severe toxicity, I'm somewhat guilty for it, all I said was one curse word though, and as for the Harrasment, I have no idea why I was warned for this, probably because I called an admin that curse word so I guess lm guilty of it oo
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: I'll ensure by making sure that my actions aren't breaking rules, it's just that sometimes I don't know what's breaking the rules or not but know I will make sure. (Look down for updated)
(UPDATED PART: I agree with the ban itself, I agree I'm guilty with the toxicity of calling the admin a slur, but I think the time is unfair, assuming that I've more or less proved im not that or should not be that guilty for mrdm, there is severe toxicity left, so I'm not asking for an appeal, but I think the time should be reduced at least, thanks for reading this and I hope you understand my situation and I will never do it again )

Hi, my previous statement still stands from your last appeal. A Mass RDM ban lasts 2 weeks, and the extra time was added due to your extreme toxicity. I'll leave it to an admin to decide if you've served enough time or not.

Hey there @D-7439 John Scoliosus, Deacon here.

So the initial sit was from a researcher about a single RDM. I checked logs to make sure it wasn't a disguised D-Class or CI and that's when I found out it was actually yourself playing as a researcher too. Now, as a researcher it is absolutely FailRP to betray the foundation and kill other foundation personnel to give D-Class their keycards. So after you told me this is why you killed the other researcher, I dug a little further into logs and saw that actually you had killed 5 other foundation personnel for this exact same reason ranging from other researchers, to GenSec, to even MTF.
So because you killed 5 people without a valid RP reason, it is considered Mass RDM, hence the initial 2 week ban time.

This is where we get to the Severe Toxicity extension.
With me during the sit was another admin, @Yeke. While I was sorting out your MRDM ban, he made me aware that you had actually typed in chat "F*** off you 12 year old <F-Slur>". This falls under Severe Toxicity, and your ban was extended because of it.

Personally I don't know where the harassment part of the ban message came from so I imagine it was the staff member that extended your ban added that on after hearing the situation.

Personally I think the ban is completely valid and should remain especially given your choice words before getting banned.

I believe I was warned of the toxicity separately, as it shows in the ban and the title, I don't deny it, I'm guilty of it, but I'm talking about the unreasonable time, if we assume I've more or less proved I'm not guilty or not that much guilty of mrdm, 2 weeks for toxicity is a bit unreasonable, I'll take the time for severe toxicity, but I'm sure it doesn't last 2 weeks

Hey there,

The MRDM was proven, and even confirmed by yourself during the initial sit; that is what the 2 week ban was for, not the severe toxicity.

The extra week extension added afterwards was the punishment for the severe toxicity, given under recommendation from two Head Moderators present at the time.

The verdict I have given; your ban will be reduced to 1 Week as you have no supporting evidence nor' much can be inferred from your posts. However, as stated previously it will be reduced as you clearly have good intentions & is a valuable member of our community. The effort and devotions on making an appeal has paid off.
