Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? I've been warned before
Why should you be unbanned: Well let me explain the situation, I killed 5 people for either getting their keycard or me killing them cause they would have caught me, and an admin asked why I did this, I said because I was trying to get keycards and weapons for the d class, he said its mrdm because its disloyalty to the foundation, but I wasnt aware of this, I've seen countless times of researchers/gensec helping d class escape or giving them weapons, even a friend that used to play on this server for a long time told me it was allowed, and I assumed it was allowed and didnt make sure since so many people were doing it, now that i know it's not allowed I will 100% make sure I won't do this or anything like this ever again and I stand by that statement, as for severe toxicity, I'm somewhat guilty for it, all I said was one curse word though, and as for the Harrasment, I have no idea why I was warned for this, probably because I called an admin that curse word so I guess lm guilty of it oo
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: I'll ensure by making sure that my actions aren't breaking rules, it's just that sometimes I don't know what's breaking the rules or not but know I will make sure

So the initial sit was from a researcher about a single RDM. I checked logs to make sure it wasn't a disguised D-Class or CI and that's when I found out it was actually yourself playing as a researcher too. Now, as a researcher it is absolutely FailRP to betray the foundation and kill other foundation personnel to give D-Class their keycards. So after you told me this is why you killed the other researcher, I dug a little further into logs and saw that actually you had killed 5 other foundation personnel for this exact same reason ranging from other researchers, to GenSec, to even MTF.
So because you killed 5 people without a valid RP reason, it is considered Mass RDM, hence the initial 2 week ban time.

This is where we get to the Severe Toxicity extension.
With me during the sit was another admin, @Yeke. While I was sorting out your MRDM ban, he made me aware that you had actually typed in chat "F*** off you 12 year old <F-Slur>". This falls under Severe Toxicity, and your ban was extended because of it.

Personally I don't know where the harassment part of the ban message came from so I imagine it was the staff member that extended your ban added that on after hearing the situation.

Personally I think the ban is completely valid and should remain especially given your choice words before getting banned.

I accept the severe toxicity part, don't know about the harassment, and I know I did arm but read my reasoning on why I did it first, please.

Hello @D-7439 John Scoliosus

After reviewing what has happened, I have come to the verdict of denying your appeal.

The reasoning behind this is that you have severely impacted RP by killing 5 members of site personnel as a member of site personnel yourself. These actions can harshly effect the RP of the server and warrant the ban for it.

Furthermore, when you were called to the sit you called one of the staff members a slur, I understand if you are angry about the situation but we do not tolerate bigotry content on this server nor network.

Your ban will remain as it is,
