What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This change would allow for community lead music stations. Before radios, open comms was a way for people to "play" music, but now with the radio system, it allows for real music by the community. I am the host of Frequency 102.5, and people have been loving the music, but there's been some confusion. Some mods have said its okay, some recently haven't, it's a little confusing and I'd like to clear it up and allow it.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Instead of being the only person listening to music on spotify, you can listen to it as a community. For example, from what I had heard medical were vibing and dancing to the music on the radio together since they could all hear it on the radio. It creates togetherness and community advantages.
Music players like spotify, if not paid, have ads. If someone wants to listen to ad free music, they can tune into the radio and listen to a bunch of different tunes. Additionally, 102.5, just to name one, allows for music requests, which once again adds power to the player and independence whilst also allows for ad free and semi-personalised music.
It's pretty harmless fun, just some music people can listen to all together while in cool situations for example listening to Mr Blue Sky while gunning down 5 d-class. It's comedic and isn't restricted to only yourself.
It can create DJ RP for the foundation, civilians, GOC and Ci and could open up to some events regarding the music like a cognitohazard.
I am aware it could violate Mic Spamming rule, but this should be an exception because:
People have to voluntarily join the radio frequency to listen. If they dislike the music, they can switch frequencies or turn off their radio. They're not forced to listen to it, it's completely up to them.
It usually won't be loud rock music which would annoy people, but even if it was the previous point adds onto it, if they don't wanna listen change frequency or turn off the radio.
If you don't enjoy the music, turn it off.
It's pretty realistic. Many radio's have stations which play music such as radio X. It would add immersion to the experience, which is crucial for a RP server.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Honestly cannot think of any. The only possible issue is the frequency being on the same channel as an official frequency, but this can easily be cleared up by having fixed frequencies for radios so people don't decide to have a frequency on that channel.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
It should be accepted because there's nothing harmful about being a radio station. It's beneficial to the moral of the server, makes the community less dependant on GMs to do this kind of stuff and adds much more immersion as this is a realistic situation. It's harmless fun which is directly benefiting the server by bringing more independency and power to the player rather than reliance on mods or GMs. Please, don't let this gift go to waste because one specific rule says against it. It ruins the immersion and makes the experience worse.
