-

-
Why are you applying for Medical Consultant? i am applying for this job because i am highly active in the medical department for a bit, and i believe that i could benefit the department more as an consoltent, aside from that i have a pretty good friendship (ic) with a fair bit of the trainees doctors, senior doctors and combat medics.
i really like this department, its nice and chill (code 1 goes brrr) most of the time, its extremelly friendly and very nice to be in, the staff is very nice caring and accepting, and as stated before, i think that my expiriance withing the site and the department in specific, would benefit the the department, and the site overall
-
What makes you suitable for Medical Consultant?: i have a strong will to really help the personnel in the facility and help make the facility a nicer place to be, making sure that every one knows that they can come to medbay and have their needs met and wont feel like they are left in the dark with their medical, emotional and general needs. and becoming a consoltent will allow me to help a much broader crowd.
-
Please explain an in-game medical procedure of your choice: psych eval, i prefer starting with trying to get the avaluated personnel to calm down and get comfarteble with the situation, ask how they are doing or how is it going in their department, and start asking them the basic, or casual questions, how old are they, whats their name etc etc, i try to keep the conversation at a chill, friend like demeanor, then go to the more topic related questions once you feel like the patient feels ok in the situation, of course if the question isnt related to the case then you could technically skip it, but i like to somehow incorporate the question to fit the question, and again try to present the question in a way that the personnel could relate to, or for the lack of a better word, feel ok with answering the question.
keep in mind that i repeat "keep the personnel calm and comfy" because its important to not make the state of the patient worse.
-
What are the responsibilities of the Medical Consultant in RP?: overseeing the medical dpt, or helping/assisting the DoM in, well, directing the department, to a better direction preferably, and aside from that, (of course if no DoM is on or If DoM asks you to) giving medical care to the high ranks of the foundation, scp command, mtf commanders or just aiding the medical personnel in department.

Please give some lore about your Medical Consultant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Early Years:From a young age, Ido displayed an insatiable curiosity about the human body and its mysteries. Encouraged by his parents, he eagerly explored medical books and anatomy models, his fascination deepened by the loss of his mother to a rare illness. This tragic event ignited within him a profound desire to understand and combat diseases, setting the course for his future endeavors.

Teenage Years:Throughout his teenage years, Ido delved deeper into medical literature, driven by an intense passion to alleviate suffering. Excelling academically in biology and chemistry, he dedicated himself wholeheartedly to his studies, often spending long hours in pursuit of knowledge. Despite his academic achievements, his single-minded focus on his medical pursuits distanced him from his peers, leaving him feeling isolated but undeterred.

Young Adulthood:After graduating from high school with top honors, Ido pursued a medical degree with unwavering determination. However, tragedy struck once more when a close friend succumbed to illness, reinforcing his resolve to dedicate his life to medical research. Despite the emotional toll, Ido remained steadfast in his commitment to making a difference in the field of medicine, driven by a sense of purpose born from personal loss.

Encounter with the SCP Foundation:Ido's exceptional expertise and dedication drew the attention of the SCP Foundation, a clandestine organization shrouded in secrecy. One ominous night, he found himself abducted by SCP agents, taken to an undisclosed location for an interview. Despite his initial fear and confusion, Ido's curiosity was piqued by the enigmatic organization and its mysterious work. During the interview, he was introduced to the Foundation's mission of containing and studying anomalous phenomena, including those with medical implications. Despite the covert nature of the encounter, Ido couldn't shake the feeling that his destiny was intertwined with the Foundation's clandestine operations.

Becoming a Senior Doctor:Following the interview, Ido was offered a position within the SCP Foundation, where his medical expertise proved invaluable in understanding and containing anomalous diseases. Despite the secretive nature of the Foundation and the isolation it brought, Ido found purpose in his work. Over time, he rose through the ranks to become a Senior Doctor, entrusted with overseeing medical trainees and doctors within the organization. Despite the sacrifices and the constant shadow of secrecy, Ido remained committed to using his knowledge to protect humanity from the unknown, his journey marked by both tragedy and a sense of profound purpose.
