Ban length?: 5 weeks 6 days 23 hours 38 minutes
What server were you banned on?: (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA): UK

What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will not RDM people who make my anger issues go off. I will also put more of respect towards anybody on Civil Networks no matter what.
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned?: Yes I have.
Why should you be unbanned: The bans that were stated as "stacked bans" had been from earlier this year which means they were not classified as stacked bans. Another reason is that my original ban length was only 3 days but as the admins had froze me and gagged me I could not move at all which caused the AFK message to pop up and eventually kick me out. After I had been kicked I rejoined but the second that I got in the admins banned me for LTAP and RDM which put my ban to 5 weeks. I think that it was not an appropriate ban length due to the fact that I had joined back after I had been kicked and going from 3 days to 5 weeks was an unnecessary punishment according to what has happened.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: I will insure to take my medication so I can be in a calmer state of mind and so my anger issues do not get the better of me.
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: I have recently purchased a bundle for the SCP RP a little bit before the ban and I did not get to use it at all I feel like my money had been wasted as I was very excited after saving money to spend it on the roleplay server. I also really enjoy playing on this server as it is the only this I do all day. I really hope that you will recognize the amount of sorrow that I feel and I will promise to do better and be better. Thank you.
