Why should you be unbanned:
I have been banned for 3 days for LTAP. I was banned because I was messing around with the trank gun, a IA agent saw me and to me to intero. Right as he was taking me in to intero my power went down due to thunder storms in my area. When i logged on this afternoon for the first time scene the power was up. If i am unbanned i will serve what ever jail time is deemed necessary. I will also try my best to join back as soon as possible if i am to crash again in the foreseeable future.

I do not recall the circumstances surrounding your ban, Nor what occured. I ask that you please post a Screenshot of your actual ban reason upon joining the server, It may help me with identifying more about why you were banned. As a typical LTAP ban is only 3d if it is LTAP as stated by our punishment guidelines found here.

Ah. I remember now.

You were brought to a Sit by a Moderator named Wrath; Whom upon you being brought and begin talking. Had crashed.

At no point had you attempted to communicate with the Moderator or myself you had crashed.

I will have him comment on this Appeal next; and then a SL member who can provide a verdict.

Hello,

While I do not remember the exact circumstances of the sit, I believe if I remember correctly the Internal Affairs agent made a sit against you. Upon bringing you to the sit, you disconnected. You were then given a standard 10 minute timer to return or communicate with staff about your disconnect, which you did not do hence why you received the ban.

It will ultimately be up to the SL member deciding the ban appeal if your ban will be appealed, however I do understand the reasoning behind your power going out preventing you from reconnecting.

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

As per out policy we do have to wait 10 mins after someone someone leaves during a sit or during roleplay to ensure that person has time to reconnect to the server. Since we are not sure if the person disconnect themselves or crashed. The ban will remain on record since you had no intention of returning or telling the staff member that was handling the sit with you when you disconnected.
