What will you do to stop this from happening again: i will read the rules more and check the scp what can i do while im breached as 914 and not do anything im not supposed to do
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? ive been warned yes a couple times
Why should you be unbanned: i thought i could hit anyone with the stun stick but i couldnt because im not breached and i will not do it agian and stick to the rules
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: because i really like this server ive spent about 100 hours in the past week and i will read the rules prior before i get unbanned if i do
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: because its one of the best

and im really sorry for what i have done and i will not do it agian

I had recieved whilst on AoD multiple tickets regarding your actions whilst as 912, dismissing the first one due to it being appropriate action, however whilst spectating you I had watched you stun stick 5+ people to death for no given reason. Once I had pulled you to the staff room and asked why you had stunsticked both Gensec and D class for no reason you gave the reasoning "Neil Carmine Elston: im rouge ill kill u" then stated afterwards "Neil Carmine Elston: 912 always hits ppl". In which is not valid reasoning for randomly killing 5 people, one of which being the demographic that you are specifically supposed to take order from. Therefore you were punished in accordance to the punishment guidelines and in accordance to your 4 previous warnings for FailRP.

when i said im rouge i thought as 912 you can kill anyone if they disobay an order as i told them to back of after chacing a gensec who kill somone to take him to ia but the people with him kept following me so i hit them and killed some of them i think at this time i thought i could because i thought i was a gensec member im sorry about that falcon and thanks for your responce i just need to read the rules agian neil elston

Hi @neil elston,

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

After carefully reading both side of stories, I have decided to deny your appeal because you did infact break the MRDM and Fail RP rule.
SCP-912 is only allowed to kill people that use lethal force (except security personnel), with the exception if he's breached. He must always protect and follow security personnel orders (aslong as their orders are reasonable and don't break server rules).

Here's the SCP-912 rules for clarification:

• Must follow all orders from uniformed security personnel ( Including CI)​
• Must arrest any dangerous individuals that pose a threat, with the exception of security personnel.​
• Must protect itself and other security personnel.​
• Only use lethal force against others using lethal force. Arrest where appropriate​
• Should only enter D-Block during a riot.​
• Should not be used in raids or breaches.​
