What will you do to stop this from happening again: I was informed by a friend who made a sit with a admin that it was my name on CI that was extended my ban but this was after I believed my ban was over, if i was informed it was the name i would of just changed the name.
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? I've been warned several times but not related to the ban.
Why should you be unbanned: I believe I should be unbanned because my ban was extended without me being informed and no one said anything about my CI name.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: Not have obvious bad names as my name
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: I want to rejoin this server because its one of the only gmod servers that I actually enjoy rping in.
