I made an application, got denied because of my warns. Harold Hawkins left a message saying " If you do not receive a warning between now and when you are able to re-apply you may be accepted." So I made another application the next week, (i didn't get a warning in that time period) and it got denied, saying

Hiya, a different staff member handled your application so they may have viewed your warning history different from the first staff member. If you disagree with the staff members decision, feel free to make a staff complaint.
