What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
1- Make ERT blink when facing 173 every 7 minutes.
2- Add weapon checkers to the SCU job.
3- Add back the old Combat Medic model along with the new one to choose between them.
4-Make it against the rules to randomly dance because it ruins immersion and the professionalism of your job.
5-Make a Gensec quest giver.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I do not think so.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
1- To make it fair for the 173 player and to make it a little bit more realistic.
2- Because SCU need it when searching people or intruders.
3- People miss the old model and so do i.
4- To keep the professionalism of RP.
5-Everyone got quests so why not Gensec too?

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
I cannot think of any.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Just think about it, about the good things these suggestions will bring.

Make ERT blink when facing 173 every 7 minutes.
You know what? A 7 minute blink timer sounds fine. If you're ERT containing 173 and you get the opportunity to just stand there and endlessly magdump into it? No you shouldn't. 7 minutes I think is perfectly fine and balanced for ERT IMO.

I know there was the past 173 ERT suggestion that sought to balance how 173 fights ERT, but TBH, one thing I would like to point out that some people, sometimes may only be able to be on at certain times of day, which may end up being non-prime/peak times, etc. So imagine someone like that, getting into the server and community and how everything works, unlock 173, an entry-level SCP, and have their first breach... Not really ruined? Because it does take a while for ERT to show up from a breach, especially something like a solo 173 breach - But imagine the frustration at that. There's no way that kind of engagement could encourage retention.

Plus, I believe my original comments there still apply. I get the point of ERT and agree that they should be extremely strong against all SCPs, 173 included, but I still don't think that ERT being able to indefinitely hold off 173 is within the spirit of 173.

Add weapon checkers to the SCU job.
I remember this and stuff being like this being denied in the past with good reason, and especially now with the MRP weapon stripper functionality on the server... Maybe they can already do that now? IDK. Sure? Sure.

Add back the old Combat Medic model along with the new one to choose between them.
The old Combat Medic model is from Payday 2. Can't do it.

Make it against the rules to randomly dance because it ruins immersion and the professionalism of your job.
Note on "randomly dancing", can be argued failRP a lot of the time. Just call a sit.
Honestly, an issue like professionalism on the job IMO feels like more of an IC issue and something for ISD to handle, not for staff sits.

Make a Gensec quest giver.
You know what, hear me out on this one. I agree in concept and think that instead of making a whole new NPC, we should add a somewhat limited quest giver to the SS Quartermaster. The GenSec jobs are part of entry into the server and community and I think that newer players could benefit from a little more direction as to how to properly engage with the server - Because otherwise if you leave them to their own devices, they kinda just... RDM D-Class. Which itself hurts the earliest entry point into the server and has potential to harm retention.

I think this is reasonable.

Finally, all of this is completely moot, because as stated in the suggestion format post:
Suggestions should be made for 1 feature or 'rework' (a rework can be e.g. a collection of suggestions about a single department or MTF), please do not group up multiple features or reworks into one thread. You may post one suggestion thread every 24 hours.
Even though a couple of your suggestions here are themed around GenSec, the majority of them are unrelated (ERT, CM, general rule suggestion amidst content changes).

So uh... Yeah. I like what you present and TBH, I would just cut this down to either just the first suggestion or the 2nd & last suggestions if you want to avoid just being shot down for that alone. For the reason I stated, there is no way #3 is going to happen.
