Mysterious Techie pac

Some context to me making this pac, Me and some friend has started to make and sell optimized drugs (not just super fent) because we wanted to min-max the drug economy. We were going to be doing this on medical at first but after giving it some thought we chose that doing it on tech expert would be way funnier and more enjoyable. Also due to tech experts already having a... interesting rep in the site, we felt like it would also fit the role of tech experts doing everything and anything besides their actual jobs. I made this pac to look like a mysterious sells man that would sell you drugs behind a back alley. I have made sure to add all the needed items so its still noticable as a tech expert such as [High res vest, backpack, crowbar, wrenches, and facemask] (however ill probably have a gun too so isd know im a techie too).
Side note, I might mess with the bones to make it less bulky because rn he is reaaally buff and im not much a fan of that but from this point on I dont plan to add more unless needed.
